"This property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I do have one thing I didn’t like, the bed in our room was not comfortable at all. It seemed somewhat broken down. Not what I expected for this quality of hotel. Other than that this place a great place. "

"A little hard to find your way to the entrance but otherwise was a perfect spot to stay stay downtown and see a show at spectrum center. Nice views and breakfast included. Would stay again!"

"Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known.."
