Although the hotel itself was decent, I had an unpleasant experience due to the extremely rude behavior of the owner. At breakfast, she rudely reached over people without waiting her turn, checking plates and making guests feel uncomfortable. My check-in experience was a nightmare as well - my room was not properly prepared, with no sheets on the bed, the pillows not properly cased, and housekeeping items left behind. The elevator was also not in service, making it even more inconvenient. It is unacceptable for a Hilton hotel to provide such a low level of service. I demand a full refund and compensation for my unpleasant experience.
