"No one came to clean my room once in the entire 5-night stay after I asked for cleaning multiple days in a row. Also, the fake fire alarm being pulled at 1 am was very annoying. Overall I will never stay in a Sonesta again, this one put me off completely."

"The hotel is VERY DATED and in disrepair. I am lucky my wife was not traveling with me or we would not have stayed. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the hallway, the tub grout was full of mold, and the furniture was old and in bad shape. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and I slept well."
