Very clean and well-maintained property. Shower had good water pressure. Toilet flush was weak. Beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Food at the restaurant was pretty good too.

Other guests from China were very loud at 6:30 am in the morning. Shouting from my one room at one end of the hall to the room at the other end of the hall. I had to come out of my room to tell them to be quiet and received an unfavorable look from one woman. Very inconsiderate and arrogant on their part.

Staff was great to talk to as well as to deal with. Airport shuttle service is limited to sertion time and it does not post the time on site. I arrived at 2300 hours and had to take a taxi. No big deal but don't advertise a service and then when it is requested you say it's limited to a time. Bathroom poor venting which had created mold on the ceiling and other places. Overall I would never stay at this establishment again.

The room was flirty dirty Had no microwave 4 bath towels give for the entire 14 day stay Cold food the entire 14 day stay No help from staff No roomservice the entire 14 day stay Phones did not work And on top of all charged add additional 900.00 Because i book with this site and hotel management stated i should have book with them directly Something most definitely needs to be done about this...total cost of stay 641.00 to Expedia 900.00 to A-One Bangkok Hotel TOTALING 1541.00 VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

There's nothing wrong about the hotel itself, which was clean and well-equipped, the room was spacious, and there was a gym and swimming pool for the guests too. The staff were efficient, but nothing over the top with their services. My only problem was the transportation, because the road traffic around the area was so congested.

Near to Bangkok hospital
I was there to be near Bangkok hospital. Free shuttle to and from hospital. Big room and great bathtub. WiFi great. Restaurant and room service food expensive. No nearby restaurants as this is a residential area. Hospital has a food court inside. Also outside the hospital across from 7-11 is an Indian, Arab restaurant, good but a bit pricey. Bed a bit hard. Hotel was full of Chinese package tourists. Very satisfied for the price.

Near Wattanosoth Bangkok hospital
Stayed to be nearby Bangkok hospital. Free shuttle to and from hospital. Good WiFi, nice big bathtub for relax. Big room, clean, mattress hard but pillow soft. Residential area so no place to eat, their restaurant expensive, also room service expensive. At hospital is a good food court and nearby S&P, McDonalds and across the street a nice indian, Arabic food restaurant, a bit expensive but good. And some street vendors. Hotel has elevator. No English TV channels. Big discount because of swimming pool renovation but I heard nothing. Would recommend if you want to be near hospital.

Great value and friendly staff
I would say the best part of this experience was the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. I booked this place without reading reviews and was disappointed when I read about the distance and inaccessibility, however I didn’t find it that bad. I took public trans and walked 15-20 mins. I liked seeing the city that way. Also, the front desk gave me a card with the informational to show cab drivers and this was extremely helpful. The room was great. Not the best place I’ve stayed but good for what I paid.

A-One Bangkok staff are rude to customers who don't come in group tours. If you stay at this hotel without coming through a tour group reservation, you won't be given much attention. This hotel has contracts with tour agencies in China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and France. Preference are given to those passengers who are with tour groups. When I first walked in to the front desk, I was ignored by staff - they thought I was a vagabond - the front desk clerks were preferred dealing with Chinese group tour passengers - so then if they are customers, then who was I - not a customer? I paid money in advance, but they don't care about individuals. Anyways, so finally I was able to get room which I declined because it was dirty. So the clerk decided to decline to deal with me anymore - don't know the reason why? He asked some other front desk guy to deal with me. Front desk clerk have limited English language speaking skills. Communication was a BIG problem. The WiFi in my room #1007 on 10th floor was VERY WEAK. It kept on dropping all the time. I had to call front desk clerk several times to fix this issue - they told me to move another room - I declined because I had unpacked my bags and didn't want to repack and unpack again - it was too much for me. The fact that this hotel had my money up front, meant I was now in a weak position to negotiate with them on any issues - they will NOT refund money under any circumstances. I say DON'T stay at this hotel PERIOD,

Nice hotel but difficult to access
Good hotel, but no public transport accessible. Even taxi drivers lost their way.

Near Bangkok Hospital
Good clean hotel near Bangkok Hospital and Dental Hospital, staff friendly, sometimes a bit over crowed with bus / coach tours, got 50 people trying to all use elevators at once and of coarse the idiots getting in elevator going opposite to where its heading so they just riding elevators up and down without getting out, bit annoying when in lobby and elevator arrives full and no one gets out, not hotels fault they have stupid guest i guess. i would stay again when i need to go to Dentist or hospital again

Modern hotel
We only stayed here 1 night because we flew out the next day. Were happy to find they had an amazing array of options for breakfast. Room smelled of toilet balls when we checked in. Had to remove them ourselves (were left in the bin) and noticed that toilet paper hadn't been replenished. Otherwise perfect service, good sized room with good bed and 7/11 around the corner.

Charge for hot water
Hotel room and service Ok, but restaurant service lacks good service. At breakfast, We asked for hot water to make brewed tea a bit weak and was told the charge is 3 (trois) Euros or 60 baht. This is very disappointing for a simple request where comparable hotels would meet such a request with a smile. There was no supervisory presence in the restaurant at all to query or discuss anything and the restaurant staff can barely speak english.

Terrible staff, very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Arrived at 4 am Bangkok time and they made us wait until 6 am. When we approached them to speak and check in staff was belittling and unfriendly. Maybe it was the time or who knows. But still unprofessional.

Short holiday in Bangkok. Hotel was a little far from everything but quiet. Pool was nice. But too many China tour groups so can be noisy at times when they are in the lobby.
