Staff were super nice and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was worth the extra cost. Food is pretty much the same every day except a few rotating dishes. Location-wise, no major complaints. All attractions were easily accessible via rideshare apps. Enjoyed the pool, especially around 3pm when the building blocks the sun and you get to swim in a perfected shaded pool and avoid terrible sunburn. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The living room, bathrom, and the dining area are renovated and exceeded our expectations. Rooms can appear a little outdated but no major complaints. Bed was clean. Housekeeping was 5/5. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time!

I would like to say the roof top bar was unique but it was like a secret men’s club! The staircase was behind a curtain and unless you make a point of saying you want to go up to the roof they sit you outside on a tiny balcony with a few tables! Terrible customer service!

My stay at the JC Kevin was a great value! There are not many shops close by but very walkable to many things and in a nice, clean, quiet part of town. Most of the famous attractions are on average 15-30min taxi/rideshare. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was very clean and tidy, a little dated and rusty in the bathroom but for the price it was something easy to overlook! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our party and super knowledgeable! The zoom bar on the rooftop was also nice and great staff there too. The pool and gym facilities are very well manitained with gorgeous city views, and I will dream about the watermelon blended drinks by the pool for years to come! Overall great stay and would recommend!

Hotel was great. Location and staff were great. Even got a complementary birthday cake for my daughter without asking (or informing them it was her birthday). Staff were alway on hand to help with any questions. Definitely would recommend.

Let’s just say I finally found a hotel with good beds with a good price. Very comfy, the staff, the bell persons, the front desk, breakfast and overall service was great. The view from the room and the bar too was breathtaking. Only complaint was the bathroom floors are so slippery we have to be very careful not to slip. My whole family had multiple close calls, especially for my elderly parent. It was a scary and thankful no one was hurt. Our door was not completely closed after a cleaning due the a faulty design of the door. However I still enjoyed this place. The positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay. I finally had decent sleep after a week long vacation somewhere else. Thanks JC Kevin for a great stay.

Our time spent at the hotel was great. Check-in process was simple. Our passports were scanned, an email and phone number were taken and we were given our room keys (two keys for two guests). Room was extremely well kept (1king sized bed). Bathroom was clean with modern finishes. We requested a late check-out a few hours before having to leave and they allowed us to stay until 2pm. Gym and pool were both great. Open between 6am - 10pm. Pool was cleaned daily from what i noticed. The staff was kind, helpful and welcoming. I’d HIGHLY recommend staying here, will definitely be back!

Nice size apartment, perfect for someone traveling with kids, there's a BTS a short walk away and a few nice restaurants around. Hotel's rooftop restaurant is very expensive. Our room's fridge and master bathroom both didn't smell that nice, but we didn't complain so potentially it was just that room s issue rather than the hotel as a whole

This is a nice hotel and good value for money. Rooms are big and well appointed. Breakfast is good but it can get chaotic at certain times since there are many guests and not enough cooks at the egg station. The gym is better than the ones you find at similar hotels. Sauna and steam bath are both good and free. In all a pleasant stay in Bangkok.
