I flew at early and arrived at the property at 9:30am. They offered to hold my luggage and allow me to use showers and the pool area while I waited for my room, to which they were able to have ready even earlier than anticipated. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The view from the corner room was amazing. The breakfast is A . So much variety. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was a corner suite, definitely showing signs of old age. Should have been renovated 5 years ago. Expensive restaurant so maybe just go somewhere else. None of the staff spoke English, so it was a bit hard to order food and organize taxi's etc. don't order a margarita from the pool bar, you'll be disappointed.

Supposedly upgraded. Room didnt have a tub as stated in reservation, room was not very clean, and I left for another hotel within hours of arrival. Would not recommend.

Decent selection at breakfast (the buffet area isn't closed, despite what the confirmation said). Helpful staff. Only minor niggle was the lights wouldn't turn off - an engineer had to be summoned to fix it when it happened around midnight. He attended within a few minutes and all was good once more. Handy(ish) for the MRT and rail link to Suvarnabhumi airport - 10 minutes walk, but that's a lot on a very hot day! Get a cab to the station for 40baht instead. Eco friendliness not so great, single glazed windows in that heat, must use a lot of energy for aircon. Didn't try the gym, pool etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice gifts of chocolates and fruit were left for me on some days. However, I seem to have been charged again for the stay by the hotel after paying already through expedia when booking.

Bad experience - please think twice
I spend more than 40 nights a year in hotels and that was one of the worse! Staff was shocking. They have misplaced my suitcases at check in. Had to locate it myself after waiting for it in my room for 90 minutes. The Staff Member at the poolside bar absolutely hated his job and his guests noticed that. Mould on the bathroom ceiling due to a leaking shower head. Just stay away.

I think their entire focus is on presentation. and the presentation is great. However the substance is lacking. the Room AC was barely functional. There was no cold water in the Fridge, and it took all night for the fridge to chill the water. Room service food was alright The room itself was spacious and provided good views of the city. I wish the rooms were cooler as it would have made the stay allot more comfortable.
