I don’t want to put such a bad comment especially since the staff in reception and parking was very nice, however, the noise issue is terrible because the building next to the hotel was under construction. You definitely will be woken up by 8 am. Pick another hotel until the noise issue fixed. Otherwise not recommend to stay.

Horrible Horrible Experience.
We were not give adjacent rooms (2) even though it was booked in advance during check-in. The adjacent rooms is only available the next day but will need to check-out and recheck-in, a bit of inconvenience. The check-out was appalling, we were accused of missing one small facial towel in one of the room and they had the audacity to charge us 200 Baht for it. The staff went back to the room and said she cannot locate the missing towel. We told them it could be a mistake during the cleaning by the staff during the day but in any event they would not listen to our reasoning and refuse to check-out unless we pay for it. This is a matter of principal (not the amount) and paying for it is like accepting whatever they accuse you of "guilty as charge". Happy 3 should be renamed to "Unhappy 3". I have never stayed in a hotel in a global sense where the staff making such accusation over a facial towel.

Wanted to try this hotel for so long before covid but the price was much higher, like more than double. Now, it is at a very reasonable price but the hotel became a bit old now. The wooden flooring is worn. In addition, the bathroom is badly designed, the shower room door cannot stop the bathing water, water flooding everywhere within the bathroom area and even moving towards the wc room. The direction of the basin and tap was not user friendly at all. But the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful.Room was ok except the bath rm shower head and the sliding glass door for both bath/toilet. Hope management can change to separate door instead.very inconvenient for 2 pax if 1 pax want to use toilet n the other pax want to bathe and the glass door can only close either one.not sure is it all room same.

A few minute walk away from the bts, bus stop, and convenient store. Also super near mbk which has a good variety of food options, and shops too. The room is quite clean, and the pool and chill area is great! :)

The room is really cosy and nice. Staff are friendly and are able to understand and speak English well. Walking distance from National Stadium BTS. Would definitely go back again!

Happy3 is in a great location that is walkable to great attractions and things to do. Staff were always helpful and able to answer our questions. The room was spacious for 3 people.

Modern clean & comfortable; excellent value for $
Location is a little far from the nearest BTS but there's still convenience stalls along the way. Inside a residential alley; felt safe. Room was comfortable, did not feel cramp, and was clean though shower pressure was really weak. Staff were friendly.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The location is also superb. However, the room is a little small. Swimming pool isn’t that long and no gym.

Great value for the money-beautiful rooms (stayed twice this year). We go to Thailand once a year, and finally found this great hotel in a very convenient spot. The staff, including Martin and Saman, were always welcoming and extremely helpful! They are like family to us. It's just meters from the skytrain which can get you to almost every sight tourists visit. The airport can be reached quickly by skytrain from there. It would be nice if they would provide conditioner, but everything else is there that you might need. Love this place!

Very miministic that is good.No doubt,it is 10minutes walk to National stadium Bts...but one will to stay 3days it is quite a walk.i did not eat the breakfast...no comment.Other than that all just great.
