There are huge malls to take away your shopping pleasure and unwind your hunger. The location being in the lively district presented many attractions from activities like shopping and eat around. Definitely a good place for a holiday stay if you need a place to eat and enjoy. It was worth it.

Lovey room
Great room and lovley bathroom was cleaned every day when asked and they couldent be more helpful, can leave your cases in hotel if you have a late departure after checking out at midday

It is a nice place for a quiet relaxing stay ,with a good group of staff . They were kind and helpful. It a basic place, but the perfect place because you can walk anywhere. I felt safe walking at night and in the early morning. It is a few minutes walk from everything.

Soi Sukhamvit 26 is a small street off the main drag, but the hotel is not far down the street. You can get off the MRT/BTS at Asok station and walk to the hotel without any difficulty at all (and I'm 70 years old!) There is construction on a building at the entrance to the street, but there was no noise inside the hotel and it was very peaceful.

The only thing I didn’t like was it’s the first hotel I have stayed at where they don’t give you toothpaste. Beyond that the hotel was nice, the rooms are big and great location.

Cute, Nice clean hotel close to bars, dining and shopping. Staff is friendly. It’s in a busy area so can be noisy in the mornings. Really decent stay for the price and location. Would stay again!

Light switches, door knobs not clean. Dirty finger prints around the switches. Just creepy! Staff were at a a party, or something in the evening. Drunk in the lobby. Not polite when I'd asked about pricing for my stay! Looked good from far, but far from good! I won't be back!

This is the go to Hotel that I stay at whenever I visit Bangkok. The staff there is very attentive to your needs, and are very nice. There is a bar in the Hotel that has live music during weekdays as well as Saturdays; Jazz, Rock and Blues depending on the day you visit the bar.

Mermaid hotel Bangkok
Very pleased with our stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was compact but clean and 1.2m deep which was good for safety. Our hotel in Phuket, Deevana Plaza, got cancelled at midnight the day before arrival. Apparently it was closed for renovation since May, but they are still taking bookings! The manager at the Mermaid let us use their phone for 2 hours to sort out the mess and book another hotel ❤️ Good location for nightlife, buses and shopping, short walk to the Pier 21 shopping mall. Loved the Ganesh shrine with marigolds outside. Bolt taxi is only 400 baht to the airport, about £10 👌 Cosy home from home, would definitely book again 👍

Great hotel
Very nice hotel. Made arrangements for a car to the airport for 3 am so I was very pleased. Close to everything but far enough away from Sukhumvit that it is very quiet. I have stayed there often and would highly recommend it

Perfect place for Corona time, if you are a smoker you can take the corner rooms and you get. A bit balcony... which are really hard to find in new hotels

Great hotel
Great hotel in a terrific location; close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Rooms are very clean and wifi is excellent. Breakfast was very good, particularly given the difficulties caused by Covid.

I did not think the property was worth the so high cost for staying there. Shower was not clean toilet seat fixings were loose and dirty. I was offered a upgrade for no extra charge but email but no one ever approached me to get it sorted, hence no upgrade.
