Reception staff polite and helpful. The room was clean, adequate storage space and functional kitchen although only used the fridge. Location was excellent, within walking distance of shops and nightlife, and near metro.

My Favorite hotel in Bangkok. Staff is the best and the rooms are large. Like the location but the restaurant in the hotel needs work, at times the food is not good. For the past year I stead in the Hotel about once a month.

Comfortable stay
The service staff at the concierge was amazing, helped to book cab to the airport. Room was clean and spacious. There are no body lotion provided though. It is conveniently located, walkable to Asoke station and a 7/11 near by.

The hotel is 12 mins walk to Terminal 21, metro and BTS. The staffs were all very nice. The room had a musty odor. The technician cleaned out the HVAC but the smell was still there.

Outstanding stay. Customer service is top-notch and the location is perfect! The room is modern and spacious and well furnished and designed. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and friendly. Also, the laundry room in the basement was a great plus during my stay!
