Where to start, the stay was pretty good as well as check in pretty standard procedure, the cleanliness of the room we pretty good as well but we were told that they were going to add a extra bed but we had to ask the service 6 times for the extra bed to come in and this was done 5 hours later after we had checked in the room. The problem that i had was with the bathroom, the shower floor was so slippery as if there was a coat of oil on the floor that i slipped and landed on my back and was there lying there for more than 10 min trying to get my bearings straight, the pain that i felt during this fall was really unbearable. As soon as i gained conciosness during this whole mess, i called in to the operator and for them not to understand what had happened i had to go down and explain to the check in gate and them as well did not understand the magnitude of the problem that i had been facing, soon after i started to get upset and started to raise my voice out of frustration they realized what had happened and started to take measures, asking me if i was ok, since i was feeling ok i told them i was fine just that i needed rubber shower mats in the shower stall. Receiving the the shower mats took more than 6 hours for house keeping to give me the floor mats and when i requested 3 mats they brought me 1 by 1 within 1 hour i mean what kind of hospitality is this. I slipped and fell on their hotel bathroom, when booking this HOTEL PLEASE ASK FOR BATHROOM FLOOR MATS!!!!
