It was just average only. I wish there was a train station nearby as that would have been easier to move around. Tuk-tuk, Grab & taxi charges were quite high.

Surrounded by street vendors selling their merchandise usually clothes, but no restaurants nearby; had to buy from food trucks parked outside the hotel. The room is clean with some electrical outlets not working, just stayed for a day so it didn’t bother me a lot

The pictures posted is nothing like the actual place. It’s run down and dirty, needs a remodel. You get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

The hotel is so old and my room smelled bad. The staff wasn't friendly. One of the staff who was a middle-age man worked in FO raised his voice with us when we tried to ask about ice, unacceptable attitude. Then the ice wasn't for free but around 10 dollars.

Average hotel. A little rundown. Decent location to access Great Mount, Grand Palace, etc. Nice pool area and fitness center. Breakfast buffet had a decent, varied selection. We paid $50 a night for a suite and I thought it was well worth that price.

Wonderful three bedroom suite for our family of 5. The pool, cafe and bar (for espresso) were our favorite parts. HUGE property with lots of amenities. Thank you!

Very good location, first time here in Bangkok and found the place to be very convenient for transport (tuktuk etc). 7/11 close by for everyday consciences. We also got the large executive suite which was huge and a lot more than we expected. Would highly recommend this hotel.

On a positive the hotel was clean, the common areas luxurious looking and the breakfast offered a large selection of dishes. The desk staff were efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We asked the concierge desk about things to do in Bangkok but once they realised we weren’t buying an excursion were dismissive & unhelpful, the same when we wanted to book a taxi & not use the hotel car which was double the price. Our rooms were dated & depressing due to the fact the windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out. Little in walking distance that we found, but as I stated the hotel weren’t helpful with this. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

At check in, it was as if the staff had not been expecting hotel guests!? A little bizarre and not because of a language barrier. The hotel boasts multiple eateries and a nice bar to gaze across the Bangkok skyline…it was never open and when asked, the staff acted as though I was asking for a a lunar landing! The buildings are old and that is not a huge issue but the hot water wasn’t working at one point and the air in the building did not seem to be on or working. Unfortunately, it was not a great stay although most of the staff who I engaged with were kind and trying to be helpful.

The building, the pool, the lobby and the main areas are nice. The rooms are old but very spacious. The bathroom sink in our room leaked and although we let them know, it was not repaired.

The room was very run down , hole in the ceiling , the windows were covered with hand prints inside and dirt on outside . The wall paper peeling off in the room , the bathtub was cracked and dirty we arrived. We found the staff very unfriendly when we checked in. We tried ordering food at the restaurant @ 9:28 (sign says it closes at 10:00pm) we were told kitchen was closed and that we could order room service for additional cost . The good - the pool was lovely . The outdoor area and restaurant pool side was lovely . The common areas in the hotel were kept immaculate. The sheets were clean .

The Prince Palace Hotel is an amazing place. Huge, and looks like a maze. 4 big towers, with eating areas everywhere. Pool on the 11 floor, an other one on the 12 floor. Spa place, with jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and fitness center. The Prince Palace Hotel is very beautiful. It offers all you need and plus. Loved it. For sure it would be my destination next time I visit Bangkok.

Pool has a beautiful view, close in proximity to everything. Although the condition of the rooms were rough and wet not cleaned, seen cockroaches in the bathroom.

The hotel has seen better days but it is good value and the breakfast offers more choices and quantities of food than we have ever experienced before in a hotel. The location on the canal is great for getting around by local ferry boat.

The AC in our family suite room was not properly working(not cooling). The front desk had sent someone to check on it for the night. It barely cooled the room for that night. Because it was not fixed, we were moved to a different room with better AC. That was nice but just the inconvenience of packing again and we had to leave the following day. However, I gave a 5 star rating to the front desk and concierge personnel for being so helpful and accommodating. I applaud their courtesy. This one concierge personnel was so helpful to us whenever we needed the wheelchair for our parents. Thank you. I will stay with this hotel again.
