Property needs maintenance work wall papers coming apart,broken tiles on the floor,limited lightning in some area in hallway warm in lobby not enough cooling system. Great staff though very accommodating.

Stayed with my cousin for 1 night.Every staff i have encountered are very nice and polite. Biggest con for me are the rooms. My first impression was the room looks to be very nice and bed is clean.The air conditioning keeps turning off after a couple of hours which is kind of annoying. I had to unplug and turn the AC on again for it to work which is very annoying and we had to wake up drenched in sweat. Because of the constant waking up, I saw a cockroach at night and hid under the kettle which is kind of gross..Other than that, I would probably not stay at the property again.

It was near my office and mall. So it was convenient to stay there. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. But i did not like how the operator respond to me about my inquiries. The aircon in my room needs cleaning and it's not functioning well. Woke me up sweating a few times during my stay. I was hoping to have a comfortable stay that's why i booked a hotel stay before going home. But unfortunately it was disappointing.

My first time staying at this affordable rate hotel and I was actually impressed by the value and service. As I pulled into the driveway I was immediately greeted by the security guard who directed me to guest parking. The large covered garage has several floors with lots of guest parking and it was an easy short walk to the elevator where I was greeted by another security guard who assisted me by calling the bell hop baggage service. I was two hours early so the front desk pre checked us in and allowed us to enjoy the use of their large pool and Jaccuzi which was so nice and relaxing. The guest rooms and bathrooms are of a decent size and very clean with comfortable beds. It’s just a short walk to the Mall of Asia and many dining options along the way as well. The hotel breakfast buffet was good with a fresh fruits and salad bar, great value at an affordable price. With its convenient location and secure parking garage, I will definitely recommend staying here. I usually spend 3 to 4 times the price at another hotel around the corner but, after the great experience I had here I will be staying here again soon.

So disappointed with our recent stay. So many inconvenience inside the room. First, the cover on the aircon unit suddenly fell on the floor, good thing no one got hurt, then the hot water in the shower room stopped working; the kettle stopped working and so many flies/mosquitoes flying inside the room. The worst is the difficulty contacting the room service desk!!! The line was so busy, and we have to go outside the room to look for a cleaner to help us out. What if it’s an emergency!!! You need to tell your front desk that they must answer the calls and not ignore it!!!

Had a small issue with room, and asked to change as ambiance of room was not too goodbut hotel was full. After the second day the key would not work, and there was other rooms available, and managed to get transferred to a nicer room. The staff are brilliant, and this is always my preferred hotel in Manila. Stayed several times and this was first blip, so no rreason to consider changing next time I travelbthere.

We love that it’s walking distance to mall of Asia, there’s 7-11 convenience store around the corner and Jollibee and laundry drop off nearby Getting grab is convenient , pick up point is the hotel lobby. The room was small with 2 beds, but size is just enough for our needs. There’s breakfast buffet available and room service is until 9pm. The staffs were always very helpful and check in was quick. The only con was there’s 4 elevators and it was always busy ,bunch of people waiting to use elevator, lobby is a little small. We’re still satisfied with our stay and will come back in our next trip to Manila.
