"This Novotel has a nice homely feel the moment you walk in with the restaurant, bar and seating areas. Checking was fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors), and finally, the grilled tomatoes at the breakfast buffet were incredibly over-salted (but the rest of the buffet was very good and well presented). Would I stay again? Absolutely, but next time, first thing I'll do is ask for a room on the 6th floor and check the shower :D"

"clearly designed as a conference orientated hotel, but very conveniently located for a personal stopover before going to the NEC the following day. The air conditioning was (as they often are) difficult to work and without instructions but everything else worked fine! If I'm doing a similar journey, I'd certainly book again."

"Stayed in a family room (2 singles and a double). Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower was powerful and toiletries provided. Bar area/restaurant has just been renovated and was modern and drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel. For the price it was perfect. Distance to NEC was 15-16 mins on Saturday and Sunday. Check in and our was easy and staff very friendly. "
