For the price, the hotel location within nagoya hill mall, it’s value for money. Of course, you get for what you pay for. So don’t expect 5star facilities. Will definitely stay again :-)

Have to take turns to borrow the hair dryer. Breakfast end at 9am which I think it is too early. Good that they call me on my first morning at 08:45 for breakfast but subsequently I hanged up my phone as not to be disturbed

2Nite Stay at Amaris
Staff are friendly from the front desk, the buffet breakfast area and the security personnel at the door. As we are on the ground floor, the aircon behind is loud, there are ants near the table and the toilet door is without lock. Breakfast though simple is still good and no issues with the check in and out.

Amaris has always been one of my favorite hotels in Batam. Located near nagoya hill mall. Staff was friendly. Recommend for those who is looking for a budget hotel.

Hotel is not very clean. Lots of ants around the room door. Shower head non adjustable. Fridge not available in the room. Hair dryer only available upon request. Despite staying in double room, they only provide 1 pair of room slippers. Not much choices for breakfast buffet.

Comfortable stay.
1) Budget stay. Clean rooms. Breakfast is legit. 2) Staff 5 star. 3) Very conveniently located if you intend to stay around nagoya. 4) Nearest ferry is batam center or harbor bay. 5) Local food. 6) Good massage area. Lots to choose. Go to Everyday massage. My choice. Not in the mall. The shop houses around the mall.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3pm. The room is dirty and has a stinky smell in the toilet. Towels are yellowish in colour. Although we know it is a 3 star hotel and we didnt pay much for the room rates, the hotel needs to improve in its cleanliness in the hotel room. Breakfast spread was ok. Hotel staff are all very friendly I must say.

Amaris Hotel Nagoya Hill
The service was good as staff are friendly. And the hotel is nearby Nagoya hill shopping mall. But bad things are: The door had difficulties to open. The wooden flooring is sticky not that clean on the flooring. The water dispenser for common use is actually very dirty on the water dispenser mouth so see already abit irritating. Near Mosques so abit disturb in the early morning as they are having their prayer. We are not get used to it maybe. My room window is near jungles with seeing of trees and forest so there is ants coming in from the window. So I dont think I will go back again.

Towels are dirty, bedsheet and pillowcase are dirty even though asked to change once Room is filled with mosquitos Breakfast - no refill after 10am...not informed of breakfast timing Requested for additional pillow upon booking, not provided, requested at front office numerous times, keep telling us ok. At night when return to hotel, we called again, this time was told hotel do not have enough pillow

The bed and pillow a little too hard for me, thus making my sleep a bit more unconfortable. The tv chnnels are more of Indonesia channels with only few cable channels available...not attractive especially if you stay in the room. Towels are slightly stained and I only realized that you need to place the card if you want the bedsheet changed which I didnt noticed. Otherwise, staffs are friendly and plus point - the hotel is just opposite Nagoya shopping mall.
