Great spot for relaxation with an ideal location. The tranquil surroundings and the golf course perfectly matched my search criteria. Although I booked two rooms with a 3 pm check-in, one room wasn't available until 6:30 pm. Despite requesting an extension for the delayed room, the reception suggested checking availability the next day. Eventually, I only received an extension of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Lovely family weekend
The staff at the Radisson are very friendly and go above and beyond. The location is good for a quick weekend getaway from Singapore and the property has great amenities.

The gym staff is rude
Wan to book their spa , but they didn’t have slot by the two days also unable to book at first day full after that said renovations so don’t know which is true. And we go up to visit their gym the staff was very rude told us they close at 10am by my the way when we go in just want to show my frd have a look before we go in there is no staff ard and even close shouldn’t be so rude told us go off

Im back after 3 long years... We all know why. Im glad im back even though its just for a night. Well what can i say. Everything is just the way it is. Excellent. New uniform for the staffs. Looks good. Friendly staff as always. Im just a happy. I will definitely be back again.

We have been taking leisure getaways to radisson since 2018. It has never been a disappointing experience. The only disappointing thing we find is the menu.We don't really find the menu very appetizing to be eating day after day. However the breakfast is fantastic. There was only 1 strange problem with the room, the aircon temperature could not be manually controlled. As a result the room got very warm in the middle of the night and resulted in restless broken sleep.

Great amenities, impeccable service.
Didn't know which hotel to book for my Batam trip, and Radisson popped up during my search. Saw pictures of it and decided to go with it. At the end of my trip, I did not regret even one bit. At the start of my stay, I was transported from the ferry terminal by Seno, who made the entire stay convenient and comfortable. He even went the extra mile to share with me where to go in Batam, and always lending a helping hand whenever I needed assistance. Moreover, the room was really clean and comfortable, everything seems really high class. The swimming pool was quiet, spacious and they even have cocktails to enjoy while you are basking in the sunlight or moonlight. There is also a children play area where kids can relax and unwind, giving parents an easier time. I also visited the spa and it was good and affordable. Masseuse was very friendly, and essential oils used was top grade. I will definitely stay at Radisson again when I am back to Batam.

It was very nice that they we ablw to accomodate my request for a birthday cake and surprise my wife. They even sang Happy Birthday that made the surprise even bettee whwn we were having breakfast. The service and friendliness of the staff is commendable.

The air con didn’t seem to work for the common corridor, and they were using loud fans to ventilate it. There is also a big mosque near the area, which played prayer music loudly at 4am in the morning. It’s a majority Islam country so this can’t be helped, but it’s something to note for future visits if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect Romantic Getaway
4th time Staying in Radisson. It keep the standards of Radisson for the most part. Only a small grievance of poor management of pool facilities. During my stay, I found that babies were swimming NAKED in the pool with their guardians. This extremely unhygenic. As a result we decided not to get into the pool. A new pool on the 10th Floor was not maintained as well and the water was dirty and algae was growing near the walls. The Rest of the service was top notch as always. Special mention to Rokky from the restaurant for attending to our table with dedication for all our visits!

The locality of the hotel seemed that you are distant from the hussle and bussle of city life. The view is tranquility. The breakfast spread is superb. The facilities and services are exemplary. Staff very friendly. Near to affordable food outlets. Area of improvement will be the spa as the pricing is quite hefty compare to other spa outlets. Hotel guest to be given a considerable discount. This will be great because it is a in-house spa

Nice place to chill and relax
Pros: The hotel is nice with many amenities. There are many pools which you can visit. The gym was fully equiped. There are nice cafes and a good Italian restaurant nearby. All the staff speaks English so communication was not an issue. I could tell that the designer placed effort in making the place beautiful. Generally a nice place to stay which I would recommend to others. Cons (somewhat): The housekeeping was not terrible but could be improved. I could tell that bedroom slippers was worn by the previous stayer (there were imprints of his/her footprint). I'll suggest putting bedroom slippers which are not disposable if the idea is to be environmentally friendly. The handcream was opened but not replaced. It is alright but not something I would expect from a business hotel. There were ants in my room. While they were usually not visible, they appeared very quickly whenever I placed sugary food on the table. The service level was alright with one or two staff who are friendlier at the reception desk. I get the feeling that they are stressed from managing difficult customers. Do remind staff who replies to emails queries know that all shuttle services need to be booked in advance. Was given information which gave me the impression that I could appear at the pickup point at the designated timings to be ferried back to the hotel.

A good getaway
Room is spacious and clean. The shuttle service is very accessible to various malls. My kids enjoyed the kids club too. Some negatives: Hot water for bath tub is not working but is working in shower cubicle. Power trip in my room during one of the night. Lounge food can be better. Nevertheless, it is a good stay.

Property is modern & up to date, provides complimentary shuttles & staff are all very friendly & helpful. Pools are huge & the views are lovely. Would be good if pools were cleaner. Other great facilities including the sauna, gym, playroom for kids, unlimited lounge access for deluxe suites etc. Appreciate the gesture for our anniversary celebration during this stay & would definitely recommend staying at Radisson!

Kids-friendly hotel
It's our 2nd visit to Radisson. Hotel is very kids-friendly, with a great kids room. Staff are friendly and hotel provides free shuttle bus service to major shopping malls. Highly recommended for the whole family who wishes to have a short getaway

Check in experience not good - there were several staff at the front desk but only 1 doing check ins. We were made to wait for over 10 minutes. The staff assisting us with the checkin paused to answer their what’s app. Not professional and not what we expect from Radisson.

The hotel is a nice 4.5 star hotel but basic things like toothbrush and tissue paper in room was not provided. The towels have become brownish after just 2-3 years...Time to replace TOWELS, Radisson. Generally clean but I found a tiny bit of waste paper on the floor - housekeeping needs improvement. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which turned out to be DISAPPOINTING. The TOILET was designed by an unthinking Architect. It was cumbersome to navigate and offers NO PRIVACY, NO PLACE TO HANG our stuff. You basically emerge from the shower area completely naked and your room-mate can see all your bits. Not a nice experience if he is not yr spouse/lover. Very poor bathroom design and amenities. I recall 2 years ago, their bathroom was one of the main attractions..What telah happened Radisson?

Impressed with this place
The hotel was great. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in. The lobby was spacious and beautiful and offered a great view of the area. The service was also great as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was awesome. The only problem was the curtains. It doesn’t deflect most of the light. At around 6.30 am, most of the light was already streaming in, in spite of me closing the curtains the night before. Other than that, the overall trip was great and I was impressed. I’ll definitely be back again to this lovely hotel.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my wife and had a fantastic time there. The staffs are super friendly and have smile on their faces all the time m. Also they gave a surprised birthday cake when we were having breakfast which was so sweet! I especially thank Jack who was really helpful and kind:) I would definitely recommend the hotel to others!
