"Great reception staff, very helpful and happy, polite staff all around. Bar staff was a very helpful and prompt host. Good cheap enough rates, comfortable rooms. Only down side were the very uncomfortable pillows. Fire alarm went off and everyone was evacuated, this was dealt with brilliantly and swiftly by staff with safety above all other factors, great job in that sense. Overall a great stay plus good food and drink"

"The hotel was well located and convenient for getting to the park and ride for Norwich and other major tourist attractions. The service at the hotel was superb, there is nothing they wouldn't do for you. Breakfast was a good selection of cooked food and cereals. The Spa facilities and the staff were excellent. Only downside was that we had frosted glass on the toilet door instead of a solid door.but that is personal taste!"
