"This was our first time at a Rixos resort and we were not disappointed! We were upgraded to a legendary suite upon arrival, which was lovely, and meant our children had their own space! They were also given the cutest mini robes and toiletries pouches! Nouf and Soumaya set up a WhatsApp group with us and were so helpful! They were part of our concierge service and it was so easy sending them a message instead of having to call all the time! The food was my only issue! The quality in the buffet restaurant and food court was superb! But my only qualm was the way you book the a la cart restaurants! It meant we didn’t get to try them all. The places are released at 10am and then you almost wait in a queue until you get through to book! This was really disappointing as with little children we needed earlier dinner times which were gone by the time we got through, despite trying from 10am! The staff were hit and miss. Most of them were lovely but some didn’t understand English so it was much harder to explain to them what we wanted! The kids pool / play area was amazing! We could let them run free without worrying as there were life guards- the kids / teens areas were lovely too with softplay / play stations, and activities all day including meet the trolls, face painting and discos! Overall it was a really lovely trip! The resort is easy to navigate the strip of beach was nice. We went to land of legends wishing was also easy with free transfers! I’d go again!!"

"Fantastic hotel and top service from the second we arrived until when we left. Premium branded drinks whenever we wanted and great selection of food. Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. Although it is substantially more expensive than some other properties in the area, there is no denying the quality it gives guests staying here and I would not hesitate to return. Definitely a Top 5 star resort "

"We had a great stay at Sirene Belek hotels. We got Bohemia two story suite and it was perfect for our family size. The king bed upstairs was very comfortable, two beds downstairs were pretty firm but no one complained. We did appreciate two level air conditioning as we like it cold but we could keep downstairs warmer. Service was good overall, but some days later in the evening buffet restaurant service was lacking and pretty crowded. The Bohemia restaurant service was always good and drinks were much better then at other bars. One thing that was bothersome is amount of smokers at the main restaurant. Would definitely appreciate if they didn’t allow to smoke on the patio in the restaurant where people are having dinner. In my opinion Bohemia rooms are worth it because of their separate restaurant that is full service so you don’t have to fight the crowds at the buffet. Hotel grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind coming back there again. "
