Bit old building, not enough ventilation
Check in and the room is located in different building Free parking but you have to walk back to main building Room is okay but air is not enough ventilation as they only have one fan in living area, inside room would be bit hot overnight

Well kept interior. Very bad maintenance exterior
Upon arrival u will feel it’s an abandoned building. No maintenance on exterior and common area. Only inside the unit is nice and clean. Hollow vibes when walking down the floor to find our units. The top floor is only for viewing or smoking corners. Nice view since it’s at the peak. Good place for big group gathering. Not recommended for family with young kids

Room was spacious and the view is good facing some parts of the mountain. However, the building, room and furnishings feels a bit tired and old. The toilet floor has a slimy feel to it when wet.

Location is superb, with rose park and bee farm just next to this hotel. Hotel staff very helpful, i loss my charger in the restaurant the staff help to search it and returns back to me.

Lacking of housekeeping alertness due to peak season during school holidays & weekend (towels, toiletries, cups). We couldn't enjoy the free wifi services due to different hp devices. Poor management alertness - withdrawal of 4 breakfast coupons. We had been given free upgrade from 2BR suite to 3BR apartment due to overbooked of 2BR suite & we thought of upgrading then we were given 4 breakfast coupons. Disappointedly, later the management noticed that it was their mistake of giving out the breakfast coupons & they called for refunding. We were actually quite disappointed & returned the coupons. Because of this, we had a nice & delicious Indian breakfast @ tanah rata.

I was renting the Two Bedroom Suite (with Mountain view) Positive feedback: ~ Good & polite shutter bus service ~ Convenient, shopping mall just below, after 10pm, you still can get food from 7-eleven or some stall next to the building. Negative feedback: ~ Furniture is old. ~ Floor was dusty. ~ Balcony was terrible dirty. ~ Toilet bowl with someone's pees unflashed. ~ Bed headboard was dirty and a lot of black spot. ~ Advertised as mountain view, but end up facing another building. ~ Renovation whole day until 1030pm. ~ Only 1 bathroom but advertised as 2 bathrooms. ~ In-house phone, trying to reach reception whole day but no one pick up. Not sure it is broken or no one picking up. ~ TV remote was broken or no battery? ~ Dining area without dining table & chairs ~ Ceiling fan, only in living area. ~ Reception was located in another building and no clear direction to it. ~ Noisy during night as too close to road, you can hear the sound from traffic clearly during midnight. ~ Corridor was dirty and a lot of rooms along the corridor was open / under renovation.

Customer Service is too poor. Front desk never pickup the call when required. Breakfast is really disappointing. Furniture was not cleaned properly. I was able to check in around 4pm after 1.5 hour of wait because room was not ready. Only good thing I’ve found is its surrounded by some of the park (Butterfly park, Strawbery park, O&R garden etc.) in walking distance, couple of food option nearby and kids activity as well.

The food was good. Room was average. The most disappointing thing about this hotel is no way of communicating with the front desk. No one will pickup the call. I have to go all way down to another building to ask for anything. During 3 days of my stay, not a single time they cleaned the room. Cleaning staff doesn't know English and won't obey you when you request for cleaning. Reception staff was saying they have less staff hence unable to manage. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked the Queen room hotel for 2 nights. Location was good as alot of shops nearby plus it's situated in the same building with a small mall. Lots of local food stalls around. Nearer to the peak of Mount Brinchang with about 30 mins drive up. Sure the rooms need some renovations and repair works but still livable. Enjoyed the cold fogs in the morning and night at the balcony. Receptionists are friendly, helpful and accomodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
