"The rooms needed proper and towels needed better cleaning. Hair everywhere (floor, towels) and stained blanket . It would help if description said in bold letters that daily house keeping is not included. I would not choose to stay again unless I had no other choice."

"It is a suite style with a kitchenette that was well stocked. I found I found it adequate but did think their breakfast flow could have used some fine tuning. Dishes were not conveniently placed nor were trash cans, coffee condiments etc."

"This hotel was highly unsatisfactory and, in my opinion, should not be advertised to potential guests in its current condition. A significant portion of the property was boarded up, and the areas that remained accessible were in a notably poor state of cleanliness. The images presented on the website appear to be outdated and do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel. The reception area had food residue caked onto the work surfaces, suggesting a prolonged lack of proper cleaning, while the corridor carpet was heavily worn and visibly unclean. In addition, the room itself had a persistent and unpleasant odour. The condition of the room and its facilities was equally concerning. The door did not lock, requiring me to secure it with a chair for safety. Furthermore, the light switch and air-conditioning system were not functioning. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cannabis in the corridor, and ongoing disturbances from other occupants made it impossible to rest. As a result of these issues, I chose to leave the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I would strongly advise prospective guests to visit the property in person prior to booking, as the advert is misleading and the overall condition falls significantly below reasonable expectations."

"Unfortunately our room was two doors down from a hospitality room for a group of outdoorspeople. Also, we were located directly in front of the elevators. The attendees from the group were loud in elevator area and hallway in front of our room on both nights till past midnight and mornings at 5:30 and 6 am, which made it difficult to sleep. Hotel should not book guests who are not part of a visiting group in the vicinity of a hospitality room. Guests also were inconsiderate with slamming doors late in the evening and early in the morning. Hotel should advise guests to be considerate during certain hours."
