Great location, good mattress and bedding. Dreadful pillows. The toilet seat needs updating. Everything else was just as advertised, or better. Great value.

I stayed for 1 week and the hotel staff and the room was great. It was clean and quiet. The manager and security personnel were top notch. When I come back I will be staying at one of their hotels.

Everything was Excellent!! Super recommended. It is close to everything you need; Subte, Supermarket, Restaurants, Ice Cream stores,cafes,etc.. In addition to the attention to the guests it was incredible. Very satisfied with all the staff and service If I back to Buenos Aires I would choose this place again.

solid choice for BA
The hotel was nice. it seemed clean and the staff was responsive. we had to have a very early morning check in due to flights and they arranged for the keys to be provided by security, which was helpful. The security men were always nice and were there 24/7 to allow you to leave and enter the facility, which made it seem very safe. The neighborhood itself was safe, with a lot of shopping, eateries and activities close by. The only negatives were the shower, which always leaked a TON of water after use. we had to get creative and jam a hand towel by the seal to try to decrease the amount, which would have seriously flooded the bathroom floors each time if we didn't plug the seals. There was also a musty smell that seemed to be coming from the sink. It was there the entire time, which was not pleasant. The front desk was also responsive and attended to cleaning our rooms or fixing small things we found that needed attending.

We had a lot of communication from the property ahead of time, but not while we were there which was unfortunate. We had a lot of noise late at night and throughout the night from the hall and above. You can hear all the noise from the hallway and people walking above at 3am. While the subway and Santa Fe street are 2 blocks away the area isn't very busy and I felt unsafe out the hotel area. The guard at the desk was wonderful. There are no face towels tissues, or dish soap in the room. If you are not at the hotel M-F 8-5 you cannot buy tokens for laundry or talk to the staff for help so I went to my meetings late one day just to buy laundry tokens. There is a mix of shampoo and conditioner which isnt great for most hair types. We were unable to find any good morning and evening good options in the area of spent all of our time in other areas before heading back to try and sleep. The hotel is an average Argentine hotel, I would not recommend it for the area if you are tourist, great for long stays I think.

Easy check in and check out. Nice neighborhood. Everything is around the corner, public transit, shopping , bakery and grocery stores. Very clean place, kitchen with all you need if you cook.

Excellent staff and reception, office. We couldn't stay the whole time due to Corona virus issues where we were forced to leave several days early as American Airlines was shutting down its operations in Buenos Aires. However, I would gladly stay at this hotel again in the future. Great location.

The rooms were clean, security was good. I paid for a king bed suite and only got a queen. The rooms were noisie, you can hear apartment above you, next to you and people in the halls. The balcony was nice but noise from the supermarket and air conditioners made it unpleasant to have conversations out there.

Great stay near Palermo
We really enjoyed the independent stay, having a small kitchen was great as we were able to make our own breakfast, the apartment was very comfortable. We had apt #2L with a small balcony. There was a 24hour reception/security always in attendance. It’s a clean modern space. I would stay here again, definitely! Diago was very helpful with any questions we had.

It was as expected. Clean, not-a-hotel-like. But serves the purpose. Very clean, great neighborhood. Overall, a great option if you're on a budget. definitely recommend.

Everything was clean and looked brand new! The only thing we had a problem with was the door... sometimes our key would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. But other than that we loved staying here!

We had an amazing time at Arc. Everyone is super relaxed, the property itself is really clean and well maintained. The security guards, who are there 24/7, are very friendly and patient with our limited Spanish. The receptionists for Arc hotels also spoke very good English so that was easy enough. The room is massive and it's really useful having a microwave/grill. The area is really nice and felt safe even after dusk (there is a Patigonia pub opposite which has excellent beer), there are also plenty of taxis on the street outside. The gym was also good, the only downsides for the place was the walls are super thin which was ok for us because it wasn't that busy but might be worse in peak season, and the pool wasn't clean (it had various bugs living in it and lots of dead things which we tried to get out ourselves but gave up). Probably because it's the wrong season, I'm sure it's clean in summer.

Nice apartment with terrasse
About half a kilometer from a subway station and a nice shopping center. A few blocs from good restaurant. Nice to have a terrasse with a table and chairs. The apartment is quiet because the terrasse is at the back. The apartment is nice and perfect for a “ pied à terre” in Buenos Aires. We had Wi Fi and the person in charge of the location help us a lot with our tour reservations and visit.

Location is good - although a little bit off the main attractions (which is okay too given the price of taxi rides). Walls are paper thin. Also, the bed was not the comfiest. On a plus side, they let us check out at 4 pm without additional fees.

Great value, good location
We spent 3 nights/2 days in Buenos Aires. The location is great - in Recoleta neighborhood bordering Palermo and super easy to hail a taxi from We felt very safe. Ave Julio just one block south, which made it very easy to hail a taxi. The room is very comfortable. Amazing AC when we just wanted to cool off the 90+ degree weather. Great shower and the hair dryer was once of the best I've used at a hotel. The kitchenette was nice for the day when we wanted to make our own meals. We didn't have any issues with checkin/checkout. If we ever come back to BA, we would likely stay here again.

I had a suite with a wonderful terrace. No view, but quiet and plenty of space. The only issue is that the office is not open after 5pm. One day the power was out and not restored until 6pm. Because nobody was in the office to reset the router, there was no internet access until the next morning when they arrived.

Large, modern, comfortable rooms with a small kitchen, table, and other amenities. Very good location near public transportation, restaurants, and entertainment. Washer and dryer available in the basement at a small cost. Major upsides but a couple small downsides: The office has limited hours (but will print your boarding pass if you ask during those hours), and housekeeping comes once every three days. Overall, though, I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment, good location
Our room was great - good size, nice bathroom with shower in tub. Kitchen had everything you need. Good location in Recoleta, there is a Carrefour supermarket close by. Restaurants in walking distance. Subte station very close. It's more of an apartment building than a hotel so it doesnt have a traditional reception desk, but is manned by security personnel who were very friendly. Cleaner comes every 2 days. Gym was good, to use it you have to get the key from the desk downstairs.

Great place to stay
We were on a first visit to Argentina, with trips to other locations as well as Buenos Aires so we were looking for somewhere that was self-catering, it suited our needs very well and would happily stay there again. We felt that this accommodation was good value for the money. There was a small supermarket around the corner, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and easy to get around Buenos Aires from here.

Very nice room lovely staff
Our room is lovely, spacious and with a balcony (no view) to sit out side. It has a kitchen with all we need. There is a small supermarket around the corner sober have been able to get supplies as we need them. A nice cafe next door for a coffee and snacks We have been very happy to stay at this apartment.

Le seul bémol au niveau du réseau wifi qui ne fonctionnait vraiment pas beaucoup!!! et je dois avouer que habituellement ca ne me dérange pas trop si le réseau est lent...mais là-bas c'étais souvent très très très lent pour ne pas dire rien du tout...

Equipe ótima e localização muito boa. Acima da méd
Viajamos com frequencia e exploramos novas alternativas sempre que possível. Esta foi nossa primeira estada e realmente foi uma surpresa positiva. Desde a chegada fomos muito bem tratados. A localização é ótima. É um apartamento de ótimo tamanho com sacada e cozinha completa, utensilios e equipamentos, inclusive uma geladeira normal grande (não frigobar). Recomendamos e voltaremos!
