The staff were outstanding. Really helpful. The location very good. The property in much need of refurbishment. The Wi-fi really didn’t work. The Wi-fi got your hopes up then stopped working so no good.

This Hotel has a terrible internet service and also there is no breakfast early and conditions of the room where not good. I do not recommend this hotel for business.

Good for business trips and short stays. I wouldn’t recommend it for family vacations unless you are local. Hotel is really old and in my opinion it needs an urgent restoration.

Pictures look better than real life!
We stayed at Ultra hotel for a long weekend. The location was great, close to lots of good bars and restaurants. As for the hotel the pictures look much better than real life. The decoration was very nice but cheaply done. Finishes we're bad and painted very quickly. There was no bar in the hotel and it lacked atmosphere. We barely saw any other guests. The hotel was clean though and nicely kept. The pool was tiny and the deck left much to be desired. This hotel reminded me of Restoration Hardwear but on a World Market budget. I'd recommend this hotel for the location, not if you're looking for a luxury hotel.

We really enjoyed this little boutique hotel. It had tons of character, and the location was perfect. However, there were some minor issues with the room. Nothing that bothered us, but if you are particular about having everything perfect in a hotel, this might not be the place for you.
