We had a suite and the size was perfect for us and our son, the kitchen included everything we needed and then some, the decor was very nice, soaps in shower were lovely. The woman at the concierge was very friendly but also professional. Paying overnight parking seems a bit much, though.

We stayed here a year ago and it was very good. This time they added a mandatory parking fee which is ridiculous for a suburban hotel. Then, to really irritate customers, they add a trivial service fee for the parking. The amount is trivial but adding a separate service fee is EXTREMELY annoying. Much better to change the room rate and make parking free. AND - ELIMINATE THE STUPID SERVICE FEE!!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and each time it has gotten worse. Mirror was filthy, sheets were over bleached (caused rashes), multiple spiders, dirty dishes in cabinet, sofa covered with hair. Ended up getting back from event at 12:00am and leaving at 2:30am to drive 4 hrs back home. Will never stay there again.

Wasn’t too pleased that they wanted you to pay for parking in their own parking lot - ridiculous. Also if you are expecting an area advertised as their bar where you can get a burger or something simple - it is not open.

My daughter had a staff member try to enter the room to clean it at approximately 9:40 am, when she was getting ready for a shower, when check out was at 12. If she hadn’t engaged the flip lock they would have entered. Housekeeping also came knocking again at 11:15 asking to come in a clean.

Newly renovated, great for families
Hotel is clean, updated and comfortable. Fairly convenient to Boston and surrounding areas. Breakfast was organized, fresh and a solid variety of selections. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet despite hotel being close to the highway. Paying for parking for a hotel in a corporate park is a bit absurd. Hyatt members can get a voucher, but parking not being at a premium like a downtown hotel or near a public transportation hub is unnecessary and an added expense for traveling families especially on weekend night reservations.
