Staff is very thoughtful, bring bottle of water and clean towels everyday. However, only give 1 pillow per guess, not even 1 extra pillow even I requested.

Room is very spacious and modern. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants. Staff is very helpful and speaks english. Hotel is central and we rode the bus and subway to tourist spots. I will stay here again next time I am in Busan.

Great place to stay. Note the Exit 7 from train is good to go to the hotel if you are using the stairs. With luggages, use the elevator/lift from exit 5 (side) from train station. Great food around the hotel. Another point to note is the entrance to bath and toilet has no door, only a glass door to each bath and toilet. :) The hotel staff is extremely helpful too!

Excellent rate and 5-7 mins walk from Seomyeon Station. A lot of restaurants around. Would return again if I’m ever in Busan.

Nice hotel in an excellent location to get all over the city via bus or train. Also much to do within walking distance. Facilities are clean and nice if a bit dated. I would return

The hotel is in a nice location and the staff were really accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit run down and not as clean as we were comfortable with. Our room had wallpaper lifting and the baseboards were warped and coming off the wall. Also, the walls were pretty thin-we could hear the TV next to us on all night and footsteps were very loud.

Location is excellent, near to everything, you name it and you have it. You won't regret staying here. Our room is huge with a clothes sanitiser and a huge jacuzzi bathtub. We booked Klook tour and all we need to do is walk to nearby subway for tour bus pick up.

Our room was large. Double bed and twin bed. Also there was a jetted tub. Very nice hotel. I would stay here again. I strongly recommend.

This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. Convenient location, walking distance to various restaurants, secured and descent room. Staff were friendly. The only one thing inadequate was the occasional noise of the water pipes. But overall it’s a good hotel to stay.

Location was excellent- it was located within 5 minutes walking distance of the metro station and there were many dining options around the vicinity. There is a food street with various supper options located right behind the hotel. Room overall was good but the floor constantly seemed a little greasy.

Fantastic hotel, probably the best hotel to get in Seomyeon area. Smack in the middle of the alleyway of nightlife, food, and everything walkable. It is also quite luxurious and we were super happy with our stay here. It is absolutely the best location.

Great location, easy access to two main subway lines (orange, green). The staff were friendly and the hotel was priced in line with what it offered (variety of breakfast etc.). It's a pity that it is not possible to have breakfast outdoors as the garden is nice.

Our stay at Arban in Busan was absolutely amazing. After a long day of travelling, the friendly staff and the front desk were able to provide us with recommendations on the area and provide us with assistance when trying to find services around the city. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very clean. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in an area that has a lot of amazing restaurants and a great night life.

We loved arban hotel! It was very central and very near all the local restaurants and shopping area. It was our first time in Busan so it was essential to be in a Central Area within walking distance to the popular eating/shopping places. The hotel amenities were great, and service was good as well.

While the hotel is under renovation we had a great stay. Clean, well and centrally located and MUCH BETTER than other properties in the area such as 5 stars (Lotte Busan).

The Hotel provided everythings to make the guest comfortable. If the cupboard for clothing can move near to outside of toilets and the entrances, it will be prefect. Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. I like the room lighting, warm and cozy.
