Besides the 220 volt outlets, they also have 110 volt outlets. Right on the beach and close to Metro stations. Lots of places to eat and drink. Close to walkable paths. Staff at the front desk were professional, helpful, and friendly. Wish they had separate shower from bathtub. The tub was a little high to get in and out of. Will definitely return.

Very nice hotel with a helpful and kind staff. Not sure what the VIP stay offered us but we liked the location of the hotel for shopping, dining, running/walking. The hot tubs were an excellent touch.

The staff at the hot spring is extremely unkind to the children who were not diving! They kept shouting and stood there to stare at them and makes the parents very stressed and extremely uncomfortable.

For the climber hot spring, my kids were being monitored like they were a prisoner. They were not allow to laugh despite the pool was empty most of the time. The staff just stood there watching them closely, that created a lot of stress for the parent. They were also not allowed to sit at the side of the pool, they were not diving, just sitting there chatting, and the staff would scream loudly to ask my kids to get out of the side, again the staff would stood there and stir at my kids afterward, it’s extremely uncomfortable. I hope the hotel management really look into this, as you want to create a relax atmosphere not stressful. I never write review for hotel, as I know everyone is just doing their job, but this is the worse experience I have ever experienced paying this premium staying for 5 nights.

Great location close to blue line station in Mipo and skyx tower. Spa pools were amazing and on a rainy cold night it was still usable and gave us something to do. Room was amazing with great view of ocean.

Paradise hotel is a really nice hotel with many beautiful outdoor hot tubs of different temperatures. It’s really wonderful to relax there after a day of sightseeing in Busan. It’s an older hotel which opened in 1981 that needs some renovations done in the rooms but overall it was a very nice hotel. Buffet breakfast was expensive but lots of choice of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

You can only checkin at 1500hrs no earlier than this timing but you can deposit your luggages here before checkin time. Things are mostly in korean language (we need to use Papa Go app for translation). Even the TV setting is in Korean, the staffs although were very helpful but we need to explain what we need many times before they understood our requests. Located along the beach stretch, we got a room facing the ocean which was perfect. Eventhough our room is near the lift but it was not noisy at all.

The Paradise hotel was our favorite stay on our trip to Korea. The location was perfect, as it was right on the beach strip and so close to all the shops and restaurant strip. The hotel rooftop pool and infinity hot tub had amazing views of the beach. In the adjacent tower the Cimer spa was incredible! If you like to workout during your stay, you won’t be disappointed, the gym is fully equipped. Overall, you can’t go wrong here, it’s clean, luxurious, great amenities, lots of food options and location is right on the beach. A bit pricey but fully worth it!

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here 10 years ago and I was a little nervous about what condition it would be in since so many years passed since my last stay. I worried for nothing. The state of the hotel is the same as it was then and now. Such a lovely hotel. I will definitely come back and stay here time and time again!

It is the top notch hotel in Busan. Amenities are great, and the staffs are so friendly. However, there were some shortages in enjoying the full Use of amenities as a VIP access customer. I was able to enjoy the hot spa, and needed extra payment for using the sauna, even though they were in the same fitness facilities. Other than that, it is the best hotel facility you can get at the Hae-Wun-Dae beach. Thank you.

Location was great, on the beach, right by strip of restaurants and walking distance to busan sky. This hotel would be ideal in the summer when weather permits going to beach

The hotel is located right on the beach and if obtain an ocean view room, you will feel that you are right on the ocean. However, rooms are too small and the hotel doesn't have a sufficient Rasturants.

The hot springs is the reason why I stayed at this hotel. The pool looks nicer in the pictures than it does in real life. Why I didn't rate this hotel higher is the rules at this hotel. They shut down the pool and the hot springs at the same time for employee break time so that the guests have nothing to do but wait around in the small lobby or go back to their rooms. That makes no sense. In any other hotel, you would have employees take shifts and rotating breaks and you would close one section to clean it if you needed to and open up the other area to give the guests the option to move to the other area. This is a stupid policy at this hotel that I have not seen anywhere else. Makes no sense. Everyone just sat around and waited and then lined up again to go back in. Also, when we arrived to the hotel, there were not restaurants open to eat at and we were starving. Nothing opened until 6pm and there was no grab and go options apparently at this hotel. We had to leave to go get something. It's surprising that there wouldn't be a small store or a coffee shop place at a hotel this size for guests that's open. The hot springs is the redeeming part of this hotel. If it wasn't for this, I wouldn't have liked this hotel as much. It definetly is the star of this hotel. The price of the food at the hot springs is ridiculous though. My son ordered a hot chocolate there and it was $6 USD and it was filled halfway. I asked them to at least fill the cup more for that price.
