Contratei um quarto quádruplo com divisão para minhas filhas, mas não foi isso que recebi! Os funcionários e o proprietário são bem simpáticos! Não gostei do box do meu banheiro que era articulado e ruim de manusear! Sobre o ar condicionado bem forte, mas não tinha controle e quase toda a noite após o quarto ficar bem gelado tinha que levantar para desligar!

O valor cobrado está do que a pousada oferece.
Não vale o valor da diária (paguei R$ 430,00). Café da manhã é só pão. As poucas frutas e iogurte são congelados, mudando o sabor. Paredes do quarto rachadas e com mofo nos tetos. A única vantagem é a localização que é próximo da Ilha do Japonês e o visual do deck que dá para o canal.

Perigo na varanda e falta de higiene no café
Ótimas instalações, tanto internas quanto a área externa. Quarto com bela vista para a lagoa e varanda. Entretanto, recomendo que quem for levar criança ou pet, tome muito cuidado com a grade da varanda que muito espaçada e há um perigo iminente de queda. A parte ruim, muito ruim mesmo, fica por conta do café da manhã que além de poucas opções, não há cuidado com higiene básico. As moscas passeiam pelos alimentos (pão, presunto, bolo, etc.) não dá para comer aquilo. Fiz um reclamação e no último dia tomaram um pouco mais de cuidado. Mesmo assim, preferi comprar pão, presunto e queijo na padaria e só ingerir o café o ovos mexidos que ficam hermeticamente fechados. Uma pena, porque o lugar é lindo!

Penso que o quarto não corresponde à descrição
Reservei um quarto com vista para o canal e recebi um com vista para um estacionamento cheio de gente o dia inteiro. Para ver o canal, só chegando ao parapeito da varanda, ou seja, da janela do quarto nem da para ver o canal, só se vê o estacionamento movimentado. Ao argumentar com o recepcionista, ele me respondeu que o quarto com vista para o canal era aquele mesmo. Fiquei decepcionada e me sentí enganada. Além disso, ao chegar ao quarto, notei que havia resíduos no vaso sanitário que, após a reclamação, foi higienizado. A impressão geral é que, apesar de terem solicitado que eu informasse o horário da minha chegada, o quarto foi arrumado às pressas, já que o chaveiro com as chaves mestras ainda estava na fechadura quando eu entrei. Isso explicaria os resíduos do vaso sanitário e a ausência de cadeiras na varanda, que só tinha uma mesinha. Após reclamação, a atendente levou duas cadeiras para mim. No mais, os profissionais do hotel são simpáticos, o café da manhã é farto e servido dentro das precauções de higiene necessárias devido à pandemia. A área da piscina e o restaurante na beira do Deck também são bastante agradáveis.
Quarto com vista para o canal. Só dá pra ver o canal estando próximo ao parapeito da varanda. Não tem nenhuma privacidade.

A área comum com uma vista linda e muito agradável. Bem localizada em um lugar tranquilo e a 15 min. do centro. Porém, o café da manhã não é ruim mais pode ser melhorado muito poucas variedades e os sucos não são naturais.
