Convenient, clean, great price
Overal was very please. Was traveling alone after for first time after several trips to Isla with friends/family. This was my first time staying here and I will definitely be back. No frills, but room was spacious, clean, had hot water, bathroom worked great. Had a safe in my room which was nice. Staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions I had. If you don’t need the ritz, definitely recommend.

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked. The toilet was not attached to the floor. The kitchenette was poorly maintained. No hot water in the kitchen. Shower water pressure was low but the water was hot.

Great Experience!
I was looking for something affordable, clean and secure since I was staying alone. I got everything I expected! I loved how close to everything I was: restaurants, beaches, shopping, nightlife, etc. The staff was extremely friendly. I stayed in an Economy room and it met all my basic needs. I had friends staying nearby that paid more for their rooms but received sub par service. I would come back and bring my family try out the upgraded rooms for sure. I highly recommend Hotel Sueno Maya!
