Average Hotel to stay.
Very disappointing with restaurant staff because they insist to me to go back to my room and they will sent to me what I order for they can charge me for that service. Restaurant not very clean or nice, it was not a restaurant, just simple tables an chairs, nothing delicate or fancy. The pool water was dirty and the jacussi was more dirty. I did not use them. Only the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not ideal for a long stay, tolerable for 1-2 night
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It probably looked like that 10 years ago, but it's pretty run down now. The paint on the walls is chipping, the beds are uncomfortable, everything looks pretty outdated. The location of the hotel is not ideal if you're going to be spending your time in the walled city or Boca Grande. Sometimes it was hard getting a taxi to drive us to the area because it's out of the way. The safe didn't work.

Os atendentes eram muito educados e prestativos. O quarto era bastante espaçoso, bem como o banheiro. Porém a limpeza deixava a desejar (cheguei a ver baratinhas no quarto). O local também pode ser bastante barulhento a noite.

Es cómodo, habitaciones cómodas y un desayuno decente, lo único de lo que podría quejarme es del aseo, el baño no estaba muy limpio y habían almohadones adornando la cama que tenían un olor extraño. De resto por el precio, estuvo bien.

Muy mal. No me hospede allí. Cuando llegué el hotel esta en zona industrial para números y camioneros. Lejos de todo, no hay donde comer nada, la habitación que me iban a dar olía a humedad y para colmo de males el precio que reserve no era. Me estaban cobrando mucho mas y más impuestos. Dijeron no entender que era lo que ofrecían por internet, porque ellos no son responsables de lo que publiquen otros.
