"Has everything you could want when you are on a ski vacation such as heated parking, large room, walk to restaurants and bars, hot tub/steam room/sauna and transportation to the slopes at your door step. "

"Great location in the heart of Banff, affordable price. Only have a minor complaint and it’s the tv. Really needs to be updated with a smart tv, we’re in the 21st century. It would be nice to come back to the room after a long day of exploring or skiing or even going out for a few drinks and getting back to the room where you can watch decent shows or movies. Even if that means logging in to your personal Netflix account. The fact that there’s the same 2 movies and highlights of old sports games is mind blowing. But maybe that’s the policy so people are out and spending money, but not everyone wants to go out and drink all night nor have the privilege to do so. Another minor inconvenience was the hotel restaurant was closed the two nights we were there due to some maintenance, what are the chances right.? But regardless there were lots of places to choose from close by. Still a very nice place to stay at whether it’s a couple, family, or a few friends."

"Always stay here with the family in the junior suite. It’s super spacious and the beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tub are awesome. The change rooms are great and clean. Will stay here again in a heartbeat."
