Clean, basic amenities are well worth and services are good. At least getting grab is easy for the drivers to go through.

Stay here for 2nd times. Hotel room was clean and nice, very comfortable stay, just a bit trouble to find food, walk 20 mins or more to the nearest shopping mall R&F mall. A little bit of advise please provide 2 bottles of shower gel for 2 pax stay, because the bottle is too small, not enough for 2. Also there is no slippers provided.

I like everything about this hotel except the front desk staffs. They are rude and unfriendly and unhelpful as well. I also dont like the fact that this hotel doesnt have room service and no restaurant to provide lunch and dinner. Their customer service team is horrible. I left something in my room and emailed them for help but they completely ignored my email and calls. Not good service.

The parking is convenient, right in front of the lobby. The check in is very fast and the room is nice, comfortable. Strong WiFi, warm water pressure, nice bed.

Decent hotel with good breakfast
The hotel experience was as much as expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was actually larger than I thought it would be. The breakfast buffet was more than decent, and quite a good deal at MYR20 per person.

nothing special. just that location is so so. it is in between my shopping centres but need to travel by car. the hotel also has live band which may affect some rooms at night.

clean hotel . but restaurant was under renovation -- should have advised prior to booking as we ended up ordering grab / food panda.
overall - the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast has quite wide variety, I enjoyed it! Other than their drinks which has some dirt compound in the container, staff should be more aware of cleanliness.
Hotel room is great! No view for my room but it’s ok. Pillows are too soft, really soft so no neck support but all I can say is the amount is worth the stay.

Check-in was fast, staff was very friendly. Knocked the room door as usual before entering...heard some kid's voice saying "Come in". Friend didn't hear it, only I heard it. Room was fine but had the kind of animal smell - which I think is was from the carpet. Informed front desk to get someone to spray the room but nobody came to do it. Toilet was clean, not too small with sufficient amenities.
We stayed for 2 nights.Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Clean family room was great for family of 4. The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get the kids to get up. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast - a good spread too. We had sambal sotong one day and prawn sambal the next. Wifi speed was great. Ample parking available. Will definitely stay here again. Oh, the Medan Selera Tepian Tebrau that offers delicious seafood, is only 10 mins away. Despite the limited menu, they offer room service with last order at 9.30pm.
Friendly front desk, quick check in/out, small yet comfort room. Mattress a bit hard but okay. Good shower and water drainage. Simple buffet breakfast before start off the day. Room facing court yard well quiet night resting.
The room was clean and nice. It did not give any unpleasant odor which can be found in some other hotels in JB. The bed especially was really more than what I have expected : not too soft, and the pillows were big enough. The breakfast was good too. Although my room was in the middle row with a window (with curtain to hide from rooms opposite and the corridor in between), i still felt very pleased with the room.
Overall, this was a very good and comfort experience. Highly recommended to others.
Everything was wonderful and excellent. Hospitality for staff was also awesome and approachable. Definitely will book again when i'm back for another staycation
The biddet at the toilet is not working. Bottled water were forgotten and hair dryer stop intermittently. However, the staff Service is good and try to make things right for us. It was a nice stay for a short layover.
