The room is damp and smells musty. Because of that, I don't think I would stay there again. But the security staff are very nice. Front desk staff are so so. Price is good. Location is great. It's very close to the Masjid Jamek station, Merdeka Square, Central Market and Chinatown.

The lobby promised much more than the room delivered but for a one-night stay, it was fine. The mattress was old/bad and the AC was barelly cooling, otherwise the room was functionally equipped, incl. fridge and iron & ironing board. Very good breakfast. good value for the money but for a feeling of an upscale stay, go elsewhere. Good location, walkable to Central Market, TL tower, Chinatown.

The location is good. I booked the room without external window, the room was dark and damp, the pillows are horribly flat, dirty air-conditioning. The door lock failed to detect needed frequent reset. I have a change of room to the executive suite, the situation in the room is better and cleaner. However there is still problem with opening the door .. overall stay was not great.

Air conditioning not working; it was so bad that the hallway was cooler than the room. To their credit, an engineer came to my assistance fairly quickly after I made a complain, but the room was still significantly warmer than many other places I’ve stayed in Malaysia/overseas. There were ants and sandflies in the room. Enough said. Property advertised as parking included - yeah right, it’s a third party parking and there’s no discount/subsidised rate, I had to pay the parking fee in full, thanks for that :) Water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I should’ve just paid a bit more at Sheraton

Did not like this place at all. They made too many mistakes. Did not give us receipts. Charged us for one room on the day (for some reason even though we booked two and confirmed with them this is for two rooms). Then they asked us to pay for another room on the last day. Horrible service. They don’t know what they are doing. Super unhelpful. Do NOT stay here!

This was a disappointing stay. Our room was never cleaned even if we asked for it to be cleaned. The hotel needs refurbishment as well. The area is good though as you are close to countless restaurants.

I'm glad to back to this hotel again after my last trip of KL 5 years ago, however most of the facilities already getting old still require renovation as well, such as some of the rooms are already getting old need to be improved asap~~ Meanwhile, they don't have the laundry service to deduct some points of the reputation for this hotel, I hope they can improve for that at this moment~~

Immediately when entering the room you get a whiff of a BO stench that cannot be masked or ignored. The bathroom had green mold forming. And the windows are small and glued shut. The bathroom is made of two separate segments, where you have to walk out of one to get into the other. There's not enough light coming into the room. Not as the pictures show and definitely not a 4-star hotel, not even close!

Good price and clean, but the room is divided by a large one, so the noise is obviously loud. StuffS are smiling and polite, but for some reasons, feel unsafe in this hotel.

No window in room!
Bad smell in room when check in and I opened the door. Staff saw me that I asked him to spray fresher after 30 mins then I closed the door. Hair dryer was not working after I had shower. Next morning I said a girl at the reception and he called a repair for hair dryer. I was back to room at night so I went to the reception that hair dryer was problem again! It was lots of trouble to me!!

Amazing!!
The Hotel is an old building very well maintained, meticulously clean to the last detail. The location can not be better. Close to Chinatown, bus terminal, in a nice safe area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and shops. The room very large with comfortable king size bed, quality furniture, refrigerator, coffee pot, safety box, large TV, cool a/c and strong WiFi. and hot water in the large bathroom. My check in was fast, the staff very nice and polite and the security guards will run to open the door every time I was going in or out the Hotel. I booked this Hotel for 3 days with a Non Refundable rate and I was very well aware of that. Unfortunately I have to leave a day earlier and I spoke to the manager Mr. Hanif and without hesitation he offered me a full refund for the night in question. What a nice gu. He knows very well what Hospitality is all about and this will reserve this Hotel again on my next trip to KL. Highly recommended!!

Location is convenient and that's about all for the positive points. Be aware that "no external view" means actually no window. Hence the room feels like a prison cell. Don't even try to argue with the staff or manager about it, they will tell you off and say if you want a window it's 50MYR more. Overall cleanliness is poor, dirt on the wall, on the floor, found some hairs in the bed. Shampoo and shower gel are actually the same thing in different bottles, and it is as pleasant as showering with dishwashing liquid. Save money and don't take the breakfast option, the choice and the quality are very poor. After 11 year in Asia, probably the worst experience I had.
