I arranged airport pick up through the property. When we got to the villa, security let us in. The property host spoke with me over the phone and told me about where to have breakfast. The property, itself, was big, clean, and very nice. WiFi worked great. Great place to book!

Great place to stay, relatively local to main centres - easy taxi, tuktuk or motorbike ride to wherever you need to be. Amazing staff here - extremely helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay amazing! Rate this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay! Pool was an additional plus in the heat!

We just took a only one day in the this hotel. However, the room was cozy and realy clean. The morning breakfast meal were served to your room by staff hotel, the taste was quite good and we would say we love everthing here.

Nothing around the area. Very slow check out procedure, unmindful of guests rushing with flight schedules. Worst experience: waiting for checkout clearance as staff check the room with missing item/s, it took more than 15mins, claiming a fruit knife was missing from our room! But we never saw a fruit knife when we got in! Do we have to do stock check before we accept the room?! Crazy

Clean, serene villa with well-mannered staff. Could have a few more staff during busy hours of the day. There was however a problem with sewage smells in both bathrooms and that was very unpleasant throughout our stay. We informed the Front Desk staff but I don't think the problem was resolved. ;-(

A perfect getaway for couples!
What a nice villa this is! My partner & i booked a 1 bedroom villa for 4 days 3 nights & it was beautiful! Clean living room & bedroom, nice furnished bathroom & my personal favourite....a private pool just for us! The staffs there are very friendly & helpful & they brought us breakfast every morning without disturbing our sleep. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city but you can easily book a taxi from the reception. But if you're looking for a quiet place to relax with your love ones, this is the place for you. I will definitely come back here for my next trip. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one!

Great Villa! Far away from town
If you are staying at this hotel make sure your flights land and you arrive here between 8am - 8pm as reception is only manned at these times meaning a wait to check in should you arrive outside of these hours. However they are polite and kind and very welcoming to guests. Housekeeping is second to none, they even washed our dirty dishes and folded our clothes when we left our place messy. Overall and excellent stay, clean villas, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Everything worked. Iron TV umbrella Negative point - this villa is very far away from the main beaches and attraction areas. Despite being priced at a good rate for rooms, being so far out meant we had to pay an awful lot for a taxi to get anywhere away from the village where the villas are located. We were often refused rides home from the town drivers as it was to far. This hotel should have more destinations for the shuttle bus not just three and also more times in the day for pickup as the 10-4pm hours were not enough to go out and return to collection points. Food was lovely, our breakfast was always fresh and delivered on time or early and beautifully presented. Tasty and satisfying. Pool clean and lovely.

Good place for vacations
Very good villa for family or group of friend to chill. Spacious, the private pool was great, rooms were clean and comfy. Gecko and small insect did show up but it wasn’t a big problem for me given that there were a lot of trees. One thing that could bother you is that the villa is a bit too far away from those famous night markets. Overall I enjoy the stay and would definitely come again and recommend it to my friends

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking wares and some simple condiments and seasoning. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have no problem going to sleep at night. Air cons worked well. Tub was of good size for two people and shower was strong. Basic amenities in bathroom excwpt toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Highlight was the private pool. Well kept and easy access from all parts of the villa. High level of privacy. Service from all staff was great. Very warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was immaculate. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable Villa
Villa was located at an isolated and quiet location, guests with own transport are highly recoomended. Breakfast was cold when served every morning and no microwave available to reheat the food. Our 2 bedrooms unit was a bit run down and need some repair work. There is only one small pot and a small pan which were rather old with lots of scratches in the inner section and when we asked for replacement, we were told that there is none available.

Amazing Villa
This was my first trip to Phuket and I also traveled solo. This place is absolutely amazing and I recommend it to everyone and everyone. This is more of a location for quite and relaxation. Very clean, daily house keeping, daily complimentary water, and snack bar. There is 24 hours service at the front desk, Private pool, very secure, and has transportation available for rent or can and shuttle services. I received in room massage for a very cheap price. Room service was very delicious and cheap as well as free breakfast which I booked when I chose the room. They provide you with a cell phone so you can keep in touch with the front office. This location is about 30 mins from Phuket City but I loved that and didn’t have a reason to go there much. Round trip from the city to the villa was 1400 BAHT

An amazing space to enjoy two full weeks as my fiancée and I explored Phuket island. There are so many extras and for the few extras that you pay for, the cost on check out was so small, my fiancée had to double check to make sure as it was so cheap! It was a great space which meant that we weren't on top of each other the way we would have been in a traditional hotel room set up. My fiancée loved that you could personalise it to be how you wanted the space to be as there was a lot of space to use how you wanted it to. Also, the pool! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect little oasis of happiness
Let me just start off by saying that although the villas are super sexy for couples, I booked this hotel solo. After a crappy trip to Egypt and crazy fun time in Chiang Mai for Songkran with 15 friends, I needed some quiet alone time. My plan was to do nothing but hang out in my private pool, read and work on some writing and that's exactly what I did. I stayed in Hall 2 and was surprised at how much space there was: a large living and dining room area, kitchen with a full sized fridge and stove top with 2 burners. The burners were good enough to heat up food. The bedroom and bathroom areas were fantastic. The star of the show, for me, was the private pool and roof deck! The room service stops at 5 PM, so you have to call ahead if you want them to bring you dinner, but there are places that deliver. I was disappointed there was no mango sticky rice but that's maybe because I got in the habit of having a MSR everyday I was in Thailand! The hotel has bikes you can borrow and there's a couple of little shops and markets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful resort with top notch room service
We had a great time! Though transport to other places might be a little inconvenient and expensive, it is still worth a stay as the whole resort is well-maintained, super clean with really efficient room service (they bring the breakfast on time and even help to set up the cups and boil the water), they are also very friendly and helpful, and keep our room super clean. The staff at the counter are also very friendly and willing to help us with transport and just anything in general. Overall a really great place, we had a comfortable and jolly time!! :)

Just for relax and experience
Overall is satisfactory, the villa location is not convenient as quite far from town and there is no any convenient stall and restaurant nearby. if you really want to experience the villa stay the next this is a good choice as the per night charge quite reasonable. But my suggestion was bring your own food as the restaurant inside villa will close after 5.30pm and you need to order 1 day in advance if you need any food, even breakfast. The another thing I wish to highlight was the hotel is strictly not allowed for late check out, they will strictly charge your late check out charges. We reach there about 11.30pm night and we book for 1 night stay, that why we wish to have late check out but they not allowed. Besides, as we have 5 pax, the villa is 2 bedroom villa which they did not provide extra bed, but they accept we stay 5 pax which need to pay additional cover charge for the 1 person which is 1,000 Baht. I suggest to book the transport in advance as if you ask the villa to book, it will much more expensive and there is not easy to get a transport if you are inside the villa as the surrounding is all forest. It is good for family and who look for relax trip. The villa also did not provide any tooth kit and if you need may request from the lobby counter but also need to before 6pm.

Nice experience but needs improvement
I was on my honeymoon vacation and I have spent 4 nights at the private pool villa. The overall experience was good but we have some notes and recommendations for the hotel's management to take care of in order to improve clients' experience. The most important thing is we want to thank the front desk staff member called "Care". She was very friendly, helpful, polite and talks very good english. She informed us about everything related to our stay such as the food and facilities. She was also very fast in the check in and check out. The villa itself was very spacious and luxurious and exceeded our expectations. Our comments are: 1- The Wifi in rooms is very slow and needs better coverage. 2- The hotel's entrance needs more lights since it is so dark at night when you walk from or to the hotel. 3- The free bicycles offered by the hotel needs lights and reflection signs so drivers can notice you at night. 4- The hotel's location needs more signs since it was hard for taxi driver to arrive there and he had stop many times to ask and check google maps. 5- The shuttle bus needs to cover more areas even if we should pay for it because taxis are very expensive from this area to the city center and also the shuttle bus needs more frequent time schedule. 6- More breakfast varieties.

It is good comfort and relaxing villa. However, the distance to Patong is bit far. May be 35 min drive, other then that this villa is awsome. Recommend to hire a 2/4 wheeler which is available at reception.

Everything is great here!
This is the best accomodation I have ever stayed thus far! Price is definitely affordable, staff are friendly and helpful, rental for vehicles are wallet-friendly too! Althou location is quite far from the famous Patong beach, rent a bike and you can enjoy the scenery along the coastline when travelling there, but rmb to wear helmet or you will get fine 1000baht! Two Villas Holiday is highly recommended!

Private Villa perfect for relaxation
Our villa was excellent, just what wE wanted in our stay in Phuket. Location wise it was a little secluded from the main drag on Boat avenue but they provided bikes, scooters for rent and a shuttle service to and from the Layan beach. You receive breakfast every morning as part of your stay. The pool was a little chilly but still awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here and would come back.

Decent looking property until closer inspection there are a lot small problems - death by a thousand cuts. Starting off with the positive points. The area is very quiet which is great if you want to relax. Private pool and back garden is a good size and the rooms/villa is a comfortable size. Bed mattress was hard which was perfect. Given a local mobile phone. Cons. Furniture wasn't maintained properly, chips and dents everywhere. The sofa was covered in stains. The fridge, freezer and oven smelt rotten, as if they were cleaned with a damp old cloth. I didn't put any food in the fridge. Pots and pans had all the nonstick surface scrubbed off. Bathroom lock was hanging off the handle. Aircon wasn't working in one of the rooms. Maintence room door was falling of - attached by 1 hinge, other 2 broken. Photo of the villa had sun chairs, ours didn't. So called front desk and they said not all villas had them, so lay on the stone floor to sunbath (30 mins later maintenance carried in 2 sun chairs, which was great!) The most annoying point room service. Breakfast - has to be ordered a day in advanced and before 1700. Whilst eating breakfast front desk will call you to ask you to place an order for the next day (we haven't even finished breakfast!) If you don't pick up the phone they come to your villa to place the order! Dinner - can't have dinner because ordering stops at 1700 as well. Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay with friendly staff. Excellent pool and surroundings. Remote area from town; u have to rent a car or book for chartered transfer.

Nice hotel to relax
There is no connection door to access to bedroom 2, when heavy rain, very hard to get into bedroom 2 from the living room. And far from town Overall is perfect! Clean! Big space! Nice pool! I like this villa

Mei Lyn Grace, A little far off from Patong. Estimated drive: 25 to 30mins without traffic. A family mart is about 10mins walk away from property. Rental of bicycles are on complimentary.

Relaxed Getaway!
It was overall great! We stayed at Unit Villa 60 - one or two bedrooms cosy villa. Note: The difference of Cosy and Elegant villa is just the interior decor. The layout and size of villa are the same. This villa is located at the back end of the property. Parking space to villa is very convenient. Would suggest them to install a few more lights at the parking area. Interior: would require updates in the kitchen appliances, sink & cooking ware. Living area has direct access to pool. However, It would be good to install handrail and another 1 or 2 lower steps from living to pool (There was no support to hold when you want to get into the water). Depth of pool: 1.5metres. Note: Young children needs supervision Master Bedroom: Bedding a little too soft but was still sleepable. Soaking tub does not fill up. Exterior of Villa: Access to rooftop terrace was nice. Would prefer to have some seating area. Things to do: Boat Quay is about or less than 5mins drive. There is a Supermarket with International and local brand products. This area has many eateries - Cafes & Restaurants, diving shops, Hair and Massage Salons. Would recommend Namaste - had a very good full body massage at THB 650.00 for 01 hour.

Best villa ever
I had very pleasure stay with my GF during our visit. The villa has almost everything we need for such a relax holiday, except for quite a remote location, everything else were perfect for us. We are impress with the kitchenette provided by the villa. It provide us salt, pepper, wine glass, big freezer, toaster and etc. The pool is very deep (1.5m) and it's big, and we really enjoy such a lovely pool. Our bed is one of the best part during our visit, it's super soft and comfortable make us feel that our sleep never get enough!
