"POOL was Cold after supper but warming up in the AM"

"Always have an issue with this hotel. Have stayed there as part of a team's choice for a tournament; definitely not my choice! Always find something dirty, this time A/C wasn't working properly and had to make my own bed when asked for a change in sheets (due to some dirty spots found). This was because they only have 1 staff member at certain times of the day (this was at 2pm) therefore front desk person can't leave to help so anything."

"Upon my arrival the hotel was under renovations and not a person anywhere. I had booked my room approximately 6 weeks prior to my arrival. They accepted my payment and sent detail of my booking. Never did they send me an email stating they could not accommodate me. It took me a half hour just to find a number to speak to someone at Expedia. I was then on the phone for an additional 1.5 hours waiting for them to find me another place to stay."
