Great location! Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. One thing was really a problem was communication with the hotel. I had reservations for a few days and got stranded in São Paulo where all flights were canceled and the hotel refused to give me a discount or an extra day. My not showing up on the day of reservation was completely out of my control.

Hospedagem justa com boa localização.

Hotel com excelente localização, a uma quadra do shopping e com fácil acesso aos atrativos da cidade. Café da manhã justo, edificio com boas instalações. Quarto padrão, mas se atentar que a pia fica para o lado de fora do banheiro e que não há exaustão. Porta do banheiro não possui trava. Cama confortável. Único incoveniente foi saber durante o check in que o café da manhã não estava incluso na reserva conforme havia realizado pelo aplicativo. O valor teve que ser pago diretamente na acomodação e gerou a diferença de alguns reais.

O hotel não tem luxo, quarto simples, limpo, itens novos, mas pequeno, com as comodidades necessárias pra uma estadia satisfatória. Chuveiro bom, o split faz um pouco de barulho, tem TV a cabo, sem amenidades e frigobar vazio. Camareira gentil, assim como o pessoal da recepção. Café bom, não falta o essencial. Hotel bem localizado.

Hotel padrão para curta estadia, pontos positivos foram o café da manhã e localização. O grande problema é que o banheiro não tem janela nem exaustor, as toalhas estavam com um forte cheiro de mofo. Talvez tenha sido azar meu ter pego as toalhas nessa condição, mas foi bem desagradável.
