This hotel is resoundingly... fine. It's not particularly memorable in any way. The most aggravating part of our visit was that our room had windows into the hallway rather than to the outdoors. Two problems with this: people rolling luggage past our window very early in the morning and disturbing our sleep; the hotel had left the window open, so while we were out at dinner someone could have easily accessed our room and taken our stuff. Ridiculous. If you have one of the normal rooms, though, it would likely be an alright place to stay-- the location, right by the Plaza, can't be beat. Service was mixed: when we asked the front desk staff to call an airport taxi for us, they initially told us to make the call ourselves. However, the dining room staff offered to make eggs for us to our liking, which was kind, especially given the otherwise underwhelming breakfast spread.
