The young lady that check me in was amazing and engaging. She was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the view from my room was awesome. That was my favorite part. I will definitely book another stay at the this location.

No problems with the property other than the fact that the trolley that was supposed to bring us to ATT Stadium never came, leaving us all scrambling for Ubers. That’s not the hotel’s fault though. Leah at the front desk was the star of the show. Pleasant , attentive , and helpful. Thank you Leah!

Great location to everything but the property is starting to look older for a 4 star. They did not offer anything in lobby such as free coffee unless you are willing to pay. Our room’s AC was stuck on and we had to have maintenance come in to fix it. The TV had connection issues and didn’t work very well. No complaints on the service from the staff.

Over Priced Run Down Hilton Honors Hotel
The hotel is in decline and Hilton should Hannover refunded customer a portion of their accommodation stay. The rooms are outdated, furniture very worn, carpet is dirty, beds shake and move all night. More security needed to Monitor the doors especially when a game is being played. Shuttle for game day experience some mechanical problems leaving residence stranded for 2 hours in cold weather near AT &T Stadium. As Hilton Honors member the hotel should be rated a 4 or 5. We paid about 4 hundred per night which was absolute a ridiculous rate. Consider refunding some of room rate

Loved that the restaurant and bar were open late and had yummy food and drinks/ lots of TVs with sports. There is also a good pizza place next door. We had a shuttle take us to the AT&T stadium which was convenient. Hotel gym was nice. Wish the pool was heated but no issues. Room was very clean

We originally booked a two night stay at this hotel to attend a local football game. Checked out after one night at the hotel as it was noisy; the room was in serious need of painting and updating. There was gouges, scrapes on wall, dirt. Dirty: found a hand towel with dryed poop on it on the shelf where hair dryer is located. Dust covered the night stands. Cannot recommend. We were checking out with the front desk we told the staff about the towel with dryed feces on it, etc. She said some rooms have been remodeled and others not. Recommend if one makes a reservation ask for a REMODELED ROOM.

The one major complaint I have would be about the beds. They were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. It would also have been nice if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

The staff were friendly. The rooms are pretty outdated though. Our room smelled musty. The water was very slow to drain in the sink and tub. The beds couldnt have been a queen, more like a full. It was fine for a quick trip for sports but wont likely stay here again

The location was great and transport to the game was excellent. No need to drive to the stadium, the trolley stops right by the hotel. The only real issue is that the hotel needs a renovation. The walls (scuff marks everywhere) and the furniture (threadbare and stained) are all showing their age. All in all though a pleasant stay.

The staff were the only nice part of this hotel, they were friendly and helpful. The property is not maintained very well, everything is dirty and needs a coat of paint. Our room had marks all over the walls. The restaurant took over an hour to serve a burger and a pizza.
