We have stayed here several times and it is a good hotel with friendly staff and a nice rooftop restaurant. The rooms are a bit small , and the walls area a bit thin, we experience quite a bit of noise ,but i guess that is common in all hotels. I would stay here again. Right next door to a huge mall too, walkable to lots of food and shopping.

We were 4 guests with 2 rooms, given only 1 room key per room, were told hotel policy was 1 key for 1 room, very inconvenient. One person at the reception when checking in(will not name him, maybe he had a bad day) was very argumentative.

The service of the staff was excellent, beginning with Bianca and Ramesh on the Front Desk. Their service and genuine care was deeply appreciated. As well, the Terrace Restaurant was most enjoyable with the good food, service of the waiters and amazing views. Enjoyed my time at Four Points by Sheraton Dehradun, immensely.

Good Business Hotel in the middle of town
Very nice business hotel, with comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and a good outdoor sitting Bar and Restaurant. Staff very courteous. Very good value for money. 24 hour gym. No spa and swimming pool, so a good reasonable business hotel in the middle of town.

Not prepared for reopening!
Disappointed this time with the service offered at Four Points Sheraton. Was offered a used room by front desk which is super risky in such times. Limited service during breakfast buffet. Only two chefs on duty led to serious queue. Had to leave without having breakfast only. Shampoo and Conditioner in the shower dispenser Had dried and weren’t dispensing! Being a Marriott property, we do expect a basic level of service to be offered to the guests. Would think hard before booking this property again in the near term.

A Quality 4 Start hotel in Dehradun!!!!
We stayed for only a night to break our journey from Mussoorie to Delhi. A value for money and good quality hotel with very polite and professional team members. I would strongly recommend this hotel and we had a very good stay and breakfast at the Four Points by Sheraton. 👍👌

A short visit
The Staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. I made the mistake of not bringing some essential documentation with me, but they were patient and helped me get the necessary documents. Our stay was wonderful , thanks to Mr.Talwar the manager and Mr.Dharminder Singh who checked us in.We are very inpressed with them and they made our stay truly enjoyable.

The property was very near and clean. The location is superb. The staff was very friendly. The only negative thing was that for a medium city like Dehradun the food was unnecessarily too expensive

The picture in the advertisement is not accurate, it is surrounded by other buildings..... this makes the location convenient for shopping and eating out etc but very noisy. The staff is excellent and the food very good. The rooms are quite small and overall the building is very noisy due to thin walls and floors. Difficult to sleep. Also very soft beds. The biggest issue is the smell in the hallways. They try to disguise it with scented oils burning but they do allow smoking so the hallways smell quite bad, especially with the carpeted surfaces.

Check-in took sometime because the rooms allotted were not the same as that was selected while booking. Bath room don’t have any latches, especially in the twin bed room. Food quality was good.
