"The property is Gorgeous! The staff ia A in service! I just spent a week there and cant say enough how i was treated! The staff has some of the best customer service ive ever experienced!. The restaurants were very good and the room attendants were amazing. I cant wait to go back, i will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. I have nothing negative to say. "Onsen was great. Free yakult in morning ice-cream in evening ramen at night all add up to the great stay at the onsen hotel. Directly across from Fushimi subway station made connectivity in Nagoya a breeze. Walking distance to Sakae for lux shopping and wide variety of food options. Happy to stay there again. "
