"Convenient for public transport and the castle was within walking distance. Unfortunately i was given a smoking room which stank like an old ashtray. The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will stay here again but i will specify a non smking room."

"After staying here multiple times, I can say it is always friendly, clean and well maintained. Still, westerns have to realize this hotel caters to mostly Japanese clients, and the beds reflect this, being lower and firm. "

"The English level of staff are much better than other same tier hotel groups. There’s smell in the toilet and the staff immediately arranged a plumber to fix it when we were out. The parking is smooth but it’s first-come-first-served. 1000yen per night again the staff were nice. There are lots of restaurants and a plenty of shopping places in the area. Overall a good deal considering the price level."
