"The walk to Gare St. Charles needed to climb steps. The reception man said that someone will help to take my luggage up the steps the next morning when I checked out. But the reception man on duty the next morning said that he couldn’t help because he was the only one on duty. "

"Had an excellent time. This hotel is super central and well connected. Great shopping options nearby. Only down point: I stayed in a twin room and the single beds were unfortunately not very confortable. Cheap mattress and very flat pillows. "

"My husband and I really liked how it was so close to the beach. We enjoyed a day there and it was lovely! We liked the rooftop terrace where we sat in the sun and had drinks. We did the spa and that was so lovely! "

"We found the location near the old port very convenient for visiting the old port area and selection of restaurants, all within walking distance. Check in staff were very helpful. The parking location and way back was a bit challenging even with good instructions from staff (at night and with new rental car) however was very safe and secure. Room was fine except that we found the paper glasses provided were a bit of a letdown."

"Modern, efficient, clean. Prices for my stay were right. I didn't like that there wasn't a direct line to reception from the room. I realise everyone has mobile phones, but there should at least be in the room numbers one can reach, say if one gets trapped for whatever reason."
