Alex was brilliant, and catered to all our needs. He really made us feel so comfortable here. We booked the Ha Giang loop through Jimmi who was so so helpful, and made the process so seamless. Also, a big thanks to the other staff who ensured we never had to open the door ourselves once! Breakfast is amazing, with so many options to choose from. The bed is so comfortable and the hotel is so central. Overall, an amazing experience, with the staff really being the highlight. "
