When I went to the front desk to tell them, they didn’t apologize and just yelled “Key!” And put a new keycard on the counter. The room had no remote for the air-con or heat control so even though it was 65 degrees Fahrenheit outside, the heat was on full blast with no working air conditioner to use to cool the room down."

"It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something better. "
