"There is a gentleman who works at the front with glasses and a bit of a beard, he is so helpful and wonderful! They almost need to put signs up though reminding people to be quiet in the hallways and stuff. My room was right off the elevator so it was very loud at time.. people and people dragging their bags across the hard floor. I stay here for work and it can be very loud. But location is great, beds are comfy too! But their restaurant closes early every time I’ve been here "

"We like everything about this hotel including the prime location. The customer service is always on point. The rooms are well organized and very comfortable. The room service restaurant has fantastic quality and tasty meals. The pool/hot tub are well maintained and very enjoyable. Only complaints we have is the in room phone system is a little annoying as it’s not user friendly. Would prefer to use our cell phones to communicate with the hotel. The TV options are a nice touch, only wish they would add casting to the system. This is our go to hotel while in Calgary "

"We were a family of 4 with two teenage boys. We are kind parents and gave the King bed to the boys which was perfect for them and the Queen was good for us. The room served it's purpose, great location, parking rental car for $15/day was reasonable. Close to the Core of the city! The room was very spacious. We didn't use the pullout bed but was it was there. My only negative would be the bathroom was small and there was only 1 bathroom which was a bit inconvenient but we made it work! Staff were wonderful. The coffee bar downstairs was wonderful as I love my Starbucks Pike!"
