"We absolutely love this hotel location was great close to Fremont Street Experience close to great food choices and walking distance to everything only issue that we had was our toilet seat was loose or broken so it kept sliding every time we would sit other than that the room was clean staff was really friendly the continental breakfast we received every morning was a good start to our day I would definitely stay here again"

"The trip started off with the hotel telling us they don’t have anymore king bed rooms that we booked. We settled for an accessible king room (lower bed, lower toilet, lower shower head) then that worked okay. We also woke up with no hot water one morning but the maintenance staff worked quickly to restore it after breakfast. The cleaning staff were very nice. Overall I would stay again, being in the middle of the strip was nice. Volcano show was great( rumor is the hard rock is replacing the volcano with a guitar. The hotel and grounds were always clean. I felt very safe and the hotel was easy to navigate(pool, elevators, Casio). "

"Had a great time here at the Plaza celebrating my sons bday! Everyone was super cool and super nice. The only thing I have to mention is we wanted to get a whole pizza at the pop up pizza spot inside the casino and even though it was late the hours of operation were still within time however the employee did not want to take my order for a whole pizza telling me they're trying to leave early pointing at the slices that sell for $6 each as opposed to a whole for $25. I still got the whole pizza in the end but not before hearing the pizza maker come out from the kitchen upset. Overall I loved my stay at the Plaza just don't be suprised if you can't buy a whole pizza close to their closing hour."
