"Great place to stay at. Close to many restaurants and bars and convenience stores. Walking distance to public transportation and conference centers. Rooms facing the streets can be a little noisy at night, but noise level is perfectly acceptable."

"What we did not like is that our room was not ready for us to check-in right away, for example our key card did not work and we had to wait for security to do maintenance twice also not a variety of places to eat at inside the resort hotel. There was no spa on sight for self care like it states in there hotel descriptions , we were not given the right room in the first place I had originally booked and it took forever to have extra toilet paper and tissue paper sent to our room until we had to let hotel staff know that housekeeping forgot to put some in our room after they cleaned in between our stay. The price we paid was not worth it and the room was not up to our standards. It is far away from the marina bay and it is a long walk away from local restaurants to eat at or do some local shopping around the area. Our stay did not allow us to enjoy our anniversary celebration and put a damper in our plans while visiting San Diego causing us to shorten our trip and head back earlier , the hotel needs to have their information updated so that customers are not mislead before booking ."

"Our new favorite hotel when visiting Little Italy in San Diego. Parking is simple, with options including free street parking, paid public parking, or secured underground hotel parking for a fee. As soon as you walk in, the clean smell and friendly, helpful staff make you feel welcome! A special thank you to the front desk team, who are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and always supportive. Our room was spotless, cozy, and offered an incredible view. Plus, it's within walking distance of excellent high-end restaurants and attractions open day and night. The gym was already crowded by 8:00AM! We loved the vibe and everything about it. High five, Marriott!"
