"What we did not like is that our room was not ready for us to check-in right away, for example our key card did not work and we had to wait for security to do maintenance twice also not a variety of places to eat at inside the resort hotel. There was no spa on sight for self care like it states in there hotel descriptions , we were not given the right room in the first place I had originally booked and it took forever to have extra toilet paper and tissue paper sent to our room until we had to let hotel staff know that housekeeping forgot to put some in our room after they cleaned in between our stay. The price we paid was not worth it and the room was not up to our standards. It is far away from the marina bay and it is a long walk away from local restaurants to eat at or do some local shopping around the area. Our stay did not allow us to enjoy our anniversary celebration and put a damper in our plans while visiting San Diego causing us to shorten our trip and head back earlier , the hotel needs to have their information updated so that customers are not mislead before booking ."
