"Nice hotel right outside of downtown Durango. The breakfast was very nice each morning and the young man who worked the breakfast was very hardworking and kept all items stocked!!"
"Hot tub was not working and staff did not know when it would be ready. Rooms were not clean , beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Our shower door was not working properly and one of our refrigerators was not working and insides were taken out. Hallways were dirty with dust and candy in the corners. Our overall experience was not good and I’m working hard to remedy this problem. Also there was a light sitting on the edge of the pool and children in the cold jacuzzi shooting water guns at the people in the pool area. I would not recommend that hotel to friends or family or anyone. Thanks, Kathy Donnelli and Gerald Donnelli"
"when i arrived the office was closed & I was unable to check in, there was a phone number to contact after hours but no one answered the phone. I had to find another hotel to stay that night, when i got ready to check out the office didn't open till 10:00 am and i was unable to get my 50,00 cash deposit. it cost me151.39 for the other hotel plus the 50.00 cash deposit"

"The staff were amazing. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Only complaint we have was the restaurant and bar staff. They weren’t very friendly, and weren’t very fast for orders ect."

been coming out to Durango, CO for over 10 years. Walking distance to downtown was ideal. A few blocks over from the main drag. It is an older best western. Rooms were a little dark, and dated. Hotel pool in middle of property. Hotel is next to the Durango train station. They did have complimentary drinks in the evenings."
