"Great place to stay. Beds, toilets, shower were clean. Beds comfortable. Lots of extras in the room like hair dryer, kettle, microwave. They even provide tea, milk and coffee. Close to city centre. Great communication. The shower was powerful and heating worked great, plus all easy to use. We loved this place and the fact that they cater to larger families. If you’re looking to complain about a mark on the wall I’m sure you’ll find complaints but it’s a great place with no hassle."

"Loved the apartment, it was fairly compact but had everything we needed. Kitchen was really well equipped, toiletries provided. Great location just off the bottom of the Royal Mile meant everything was within walking distance. It was nice being just off the main road as it was so quiet, we didn’t hear any people / traffic. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the luggage storage - a very small cupboard which you accessed yourself with a key from reception. You were asked to sign a disclaimer saying the hotel would accept no responsibility, and it didn’t feel as secure as I would have liked. I think the standard ticket system where the staff are the only ones with access would be easy to implement and provide better security. "
