Great location and ALL staff are very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is the bed was horrible, which is likely the most important part of your stay. Bed was soft and lumpy, I mentioned it to the staff which they apologized for and said will make a note on file, which was nice. Will need a couple physio appointments to recover from the bed.

The property is contemporary in styling and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only minor blip in service we experienced was the cocktail waitress in the main lounge who did not know what a "special coffee" was when I requested one around 9 pm. When I rephrased as "spanish" or "irish" coffee she asked if that had liquor in it, and no, they didn't have anything like that. I hope Marriott considers this as a training opportunity for their cocktail servers. Otherwise, everything was great and we will likely return. The only reason I deducted stars for the area around the property is that I would not want to be out and about unless I was with a group of people. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, and while no one approached us when we were outside, it does feel a bit unnerving when walking outside the hotel.

Great place to stay for an Oilers game. Super convenient to just walk the interior bridge from the hotel. We dined at Braven it was great! A little pricey, but they accommodated our 2 teenagers orders nicely.

We came in an hour early and got us into a room right away. Front staff is amazing!! We also got a surprise meat tray and wine given to us. So nice of them. We will definitely stay again!!!

Top notch service from check in to lobby bar to the food and service. Great location, especially if attending an event at Rogers Place. Other restaurants are easiy walkable. Felt safe mostly in the area. I was a bit nervous on the pedway just outside the hotel when we saw a few individuals smoking crack just out in the open, not used to that I guess, so just be aware.

The area around the hotel is sketchy and feels very unsafe. We were approached for money as we were standing in front of the hotel waiting for valet; and later in the evening a group of young people were harassing individuals as they entered the hotel. The hotel should seriously consider having security staff present at the front of the hotel.

Awesome service from the front desk check in experience, and valet was great. Even when my curling iron broke they quickly brought one up to my room to use for the duration of my stay.

Excellent set up for going to events at Rodgers place. The pedeay that connects the hotel to the venue makes sure its a warm easy walk regardless of what the weather is.

Great location to Rogers and little bit shopping For the most part place was clean glass and windows could use little more attention . Staff was very friendly lots right at fingers tips and pedways are a bonus
