They were thankfully able to accommodate our last minute plans and took good care of us even with having to switch rooms for each night - it went seamlessly. The included breakfast is also top notch with friendly staff in all areas. Highly recommend for families and those who would like a walkable spot to explore from."

"It was our 40th Anniversary trip. The reception at the front desk was excellent! They went so for as to have a free bottle of champagne on ice in our room before we went up. The front desk, restaurant & breakfast staff were very friendly & accommodating. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The location could not be better for walking around the historic downtown Sintra! Highly recommend this hotel!"
