At this price point, I don’t expect much. I did see workers putting brand new toilets in the adjacent rooms so they do seem to be updating. The furniture and doors had several dings and scratches so hopefully they will update those next. The reason for the bad review is that they only had two bath towels per room and they were quite small. They don’t have housekeeping while you’re there so you have to ask the front desk for them. However, when my husband went to get some they would only give him one towel per room. There were 6 of us staying for 6 nights and all of the guests were listed in the rooms. I went back for extras but was told that we couldn’t have any more. However, the worst part was that on the day of check out, we heard a loud knock at the door. When I opened it, there was a lady from the front office asking if we were leaving. Check out is 11. She came at 10:28 and then stood outside our door for another 10 minutes waiting on us to leave. Before we were out of the parking lot, a worker went into the first room and then walked to the other room right after. I’m assuming to make sure we didn’t damage anything before we left. The workers throughout the week seem to be the family that owns it. However, there is a part time lady who checked us in and she was great! She was very sweet and informative.
